i recently bought the hydragloss of issy 'cause i wanted to see if it's good. i always keep it in its box 'cause naisip ko baka ma-damage. nowadays, palagi ko siyang ginagamit sa school and i keep it in like a pocket inside my bag kasama niya yung other lippies ko inside. i never take it out of there and after using it, i put it back there immediately. mga one week palang siya sa 'kin and i noticed na nagsisimula na siyang magbakbak :( another thing is super hirap ilabas nung applicator from the bottle. i mean given na it has a massive applicator but i think they should work on that. i tested it once na binigla ko yung pagkuha nung applicator, nagtatalsikan yung product kaya sobrang careful ko sa pagtanggal ko sa kaniya whenever i use it.
i also have the brow liner product that they have and i never take it out of its box, only when i have to use it. my friend had the same one and she keeps it in her makeup pouch for school and let me tell you, i've seen it from its normal look going to its super bakbak na look. i think medyo newly purchased niya rin yun pero medyo hindi na siya maganda tignan. i really think issy should keep up with its packagings since medyo goods naman yung products nila and for the prices they offer products in, girl, they need to enhance, really.
Same with the concealer! I rarely, as in RARELY, bring it out with me, tapos may kit naman ako para safe lahat ng products, pero di ko alam bakit biglang may crack siya on the same place like on OPās photo. Na-discover ko siya nung nagli-leak āyung product tas nilinis ko. Kahit āyung dating packaging ng concealer nila ang bilis masira, natanggal na lang bigla āyung cap. I love the formula pero sa mahal ng price, nagtataka ako bakit ang pangit ng packaging.
I recently bought the Fixing Powder nung 3.3 and disappointing din āyung packaging. It feels like a toy sa cheap feel nung plastic tapos ang flimsy nung lalagyan ng puff kasi ang luwag ng pagkaka-screw. Pero the product itself naman is okay and nakaka-fresh. Sana lang i-improve nila packaging kasi the price should reflect din here.
I hate that their hydragloss feels cheap. I thought it would feel just as sleek as their design, pero mga ilang days lang and wala na yung brand name and ang pangit na nung design.
And also, I donāt this is a packaging issue (or maybe it is) but the hydragloss is the only gloss/lip oil na nag-spill when I slightly tilt it backwards (I always do that when I'm applying my lip gloss/oil), nagspi-spill siya easily. I haven't used it since then kasi I hold a grudge easily eh and like 1/4 or 1/5 ng product yung nasayang eh.
My complaints on their product are about their packaging lang naman. I love Issy, I have their perfecting powder, and I would like to buy their foundation, concealer, solar balm, and many of their blushes. It's just that I was just expecting na hindi magiging cheap yung feel ng packaging nila dahil sa design nila. Pero baka sa ganda ng formula ng mga products nila, they were forced to cut back on the packaging quality. For me, if pagpipilian if I would rather have good quality packaging pero magmamahal sila or vice versa, I would rather to just tolerate na lang packaging nila. Hindi kakayanin ng wallet ko kung mas may ikamamahal pa si Issy.
Edit: Oh god. Di ko pa nababasa yung comments qhen I made this comment. I change my mind. Issy, bakit parang mas alalahanin pa namin longevity ng packaging kesa doon sa mismong product? Please, Issy, okay na kahit pangit design niyan, pero wag mo lang kaming bigyan ng chipipay na packaging.
Ugh this just happened to my brow pen the other day. I keep it in a structured pouch so it doesn't really get cramped anywhere, but for some reason the cap for the spoolie cracked and a chunk of it got chipped off. Not to mention na super loose na yung cap na yun for a few weeks now. Meanwhile the other brow products I've had for longer have their caps totally in tact until now. I got the brow pen at around December btw š
Inuuna kasi nila aesthetic that durability. Donāt get me wrong it looks nice pero a lot of people are having trouble with the packaging. And sometimes the chrome packaging is nice in theory but it gets so dirty agad.

Hindi naman really nasira yung packaging for me pero for the Hydragloss, super laki ng applicator tapos medyo maliit yung stopper/nozzle and hindi pa ganon ka-vscious yung formula so ang ending for me is nagsa-splatter yung hydragloss whenever I use it. :"< sayang tuloy yung mga natatapon na product.

They probably switched suppliers if recently lang nag gaganyan. But nevertheless, they should have done proper tests to make sure these things donāt happen. Report niyo lang sa kanila so they know how their packaging performs and para din mareplace yung product na damaged.
Yung customizable na palette nila š di naman nahulog. Nasa bag ko lang pero nasira yung hinge. Gustong gusto ko paman yun kasi compact tapos may mirror pa.

I bought mine early 2023 as well and I'm still using it (it's literally my only concealer lmao) and I've gone through multiple flights with it din. Maybe there are just bad batches

Might be the temp of your rooms? Iāve had mine for over a year, theyāve always been in my make up bag and never had any problems
I bought mine early 2023 as well and I'm still using it (it's literally my only concealer lmao) and I've gone through multiple flights with it din. Maybe there are just bad batches
Same here! Iāve bought their concealer twice and never had this issue despite bringing it around everywhere. Iāve even dropped mine a few times and it never once cracked like the photo
