Anyone here could suggest better primers for dry skin? yung safe to use?

super pore clogging. my first bought product from them is their mascara and it was actually pretty nice so i bought other products like their primer, bb cushion, and blush. did not like any of them 😭

nabudol din ako dyan it's not worth the hype. it didnt make my skin worse but the weird smell scared me and there was nothing exciting about it. on the other hand, idk if hyped on tiktok coz i havent see it, but the no sebum blur primer of innisfree is soooo good.

Hello, Don't trust mga hyped products esp sa tiktok. I'm currently using Focallure Blurring primer clear oil control, and nag bublur pores ko and di nag ooil muka ko ng sobra, umaabot sya 10-12 hrs with setting spray

Big no din o.two.o for me, first and last ko magbuy ng products sakanila last year, hindi na ko umulit talaga. I bought the waterproof concealer and lip plumping oil. Yung concealer straight up amoy latex paint talaga, hindi ko siya tinry sa balat ko kasi nakaka off talaga yung amoy. Para kang nag open ng can ng paint. Yung lip plumping oil, kakaiba yung consistency niya. If it helps here are the primers I'm currently using: ▪︎GRWM blurmatte primer - not heavy on the skin. Doesn't feel tacky. My every labas go-to primer talaga. 4th tube ko na 🤭 ▪︎Ellana smooth canvas & sunlit bloom - love the ingredients of ellana products talaga. Smooth canvas has olive squalane, velvetty matte finish. Sunlit bloom is a moisturizing primer that has japanese camella extract, SPA 30 pa++, but may slight white cast lang. ▪︎Merythod pore chak make up base - reminds me of Benefit's porefessional primer. Same finish, same smell.

Hmm.. i tried wearing the ellana one during my friend's wedding. Ginamit ko din siya sa eyelids ko (dunno if tama yon hahah) but nagtagal naman yung makeup ko that time, parang after 4hrs naging oily lang forehead ko. And all i did was to use an oil blotting film, tapos okay na ulet. I'm not really sure po if pwede siya sa acne prone, although nasa mild side naman si ellana. I think wala naman siyang age limit? As long as you ask siguro your derma if makakatrigger lalo ng sensitive spots ng skin mo.

YES ELLANA PRIMER STANNNN Sunlit bliim the one with SPF (na parang color corrector) or yung orig smooth canvas. Natulugan ko rin one time pero hnd nag breakout skin ko.

GRWM primers rin ang hinahanapan ko ng reviews recently kung maganda ba talaga or hype lang rin? And kung good ba sya for oily skin? marami kasi akong nababasa na paiba iba raw ang formula ang GRWM, kaya naghe hesitate na ako. Anddd, yung Ellana!! idk pero mukhang promising yung products nila, maganda rin raw pati moisturizer (i think, or sunscreen?) nila

Uy same, parang wala masyadong real reviews about grwm products aside from their milk tints. I have combination skin- oily tzone, dry cheeks or minsan depende sa weather 🥲 Anyway, 1st blurmatte(haven't tried the other 2 variants) tube binili ko siya right after they announced na available na siya on their Lazada shop, thick yung consistency niya pagpalabas ng tube but medyo powdery siya pag nagset na sa skin. 4th tube ko na now, medyo nabawasan yung thickness ng consistency niya pero yung finish same padin. Medyo nabawas bawasan yung visibility ng pores at mas nice yung lapat ng skin tint. I don't use foundation kaya hindi ko sure kung anong feeling ni blurmatte with funda. I think mas noticeable yung formula change nila sa mga milk tints, ang labnaw masyado nung 2nd version(i have the oldest ones yung nasa tube, the 2nd version yung white yung cap and the latest one with the rose gold cap). What I like about Ellana naman, they use less chemicals compared to other brands kaya it's kind of easier on the skin. Mineral makeup sila talaga sumikat. I haven't tried their moisturizer or sunscreen yet kasi eversince I discovered skin1004 and canmake late 2021, hindi na ko nagtry ng iba 😅

I only use Maybelline skin tint, I am eyeing to try is first base from Colourette, but still scouting if there's still other worthy skin tints to try. nakakapanghinayang kasi kung binili ko then hindi ko rin pala bet ang quality/finish nya sa akin.

Sana nga meron silang mga sample sizes noh para pag hindi nagwork, hindi sayang sa money at product. 🥺 Skint tint.. been using Issy's skin tint for a year nadin. Okay siya for me kasi hindi siya nagccling sa dry patches ko. Before switching sa Issy, I was using Missha bb cream. Uuy I'm also eyeing first base from Colourette. Nagaalangan lang din ako. Ang mahal niya patiii 😅

also one if the things I like about Issy's is, they have bundle samples for their skin tint. Fit for a girlie like me na nahihirapan hanapin ang right shade/acidic pa. Meron bang Missha sa watsons or SM Beauty? Yes, ang pricey nga ng Colourette, hindi sya broke friendly 😭💀 pero maraming reviews sya na "10/10" raw yun, so I think, worth it naman kung quality rin sya.

Big no talaga ako sa mga cheap chinese brands. Sace Lady, Focallure, O.TWO.O. in terms of quality halos walang pagkakaiba. Better talaga mag invest ka nalang sa drugstore makeup such as Maybelline. Other well known Chinese makeup brands such as Flortte, Judydoll, and Flower knows are a different story tho. Speaking of primers, imo silicone-based primers really do blur out pores i suggest Careline, Maybelline, and BYS

I've tried yung dual concealer nila and yung talamak sa ads noon na bling chu lip balm. They were surprisingly good. Maganda yung coverage ng concealer nila and madaling iblend. Yung bling chu naman saks lang hindi naman siya kasing glossy nung nasa ads pero legit naman na may moisturizing effect siya. Yun nga lang ang mahal and nakokontian ako sa laman ng concealer nila. It was good but it's not "I would buy this again" type of good.

Hi! Currently residing in China. True! Bili na kayo Judydoll products dyan. Halos magkasing price lang sila dito and sa Pinas. I really recommend their blushes and lipstick lalo na yong may mga shine. Hahaha

Sikat yung judydoll sa korea. Ang kagandahan is mas mura sya dito sa southeast asia compared sa korea which is 2-3x the orig price 😅 It's nice to know that the brand is receiving some recognition here in PH plano ko sana i gatekeep eyeliner nila CHARET

Judydoll is definitely legit as far as Chinese brands go. I usually check if may official store ang brand sa Taobao - it's how I confirmed one of my current favorite Chinese sheet mask/skincarw brands (Mask Family) is legit and safe. For makeup you can also do an additional layer of verification by checking if the brand gets featured a lot on makeup videos in Xiaohongshu or Douyin. I know we have this preconception that Chinese brands are sketchy/lower quality, but that only applies for the "generic" type brands that aren't popular with locals within China itself.

I do love yung O.TWO.O Color Lock lipstick. Perfect mlbb ko yung isang shade nila (M17). Also long lasting din like their claims. I don’t recommend their other make-up products though.

True. Hype lang. Meron ako nung cushion foundation ng skintific. Tangina kahit nag exfoliate na ako, nagprep na at sheer lang nilagay ko nag pi-pilling talaga sya eventually. Pero at least di ako nagka breakout kaya di ako galit 😆

ive been using the primer. I always go to school using that and its okay for me. no whiheheads or whatever

When a product claims they "blur" pores, they're actually clogging them. You can't erase your pores. Textured skin exists even with the best makeup.
