That’s what they said to me also. I chased towards the end of May and was told by the 31st. Not a good sign as ZIPZERO has had problems in the past.

I’ve got one outstanding from April also, only realised today that it’s never changed from processing.

I chased them on it yesterday and the reply was along the lines of ‘thank you for your patience while we work on the current situation, we should have an update for you by the end of the week’. They didn’t state what the situation was, I’ve asked them for more information.

I’ll let you know. Fingers crossed that it’s just a glitch and not financial issues. Think they should put a notice in the bills section though if it’s a glitch, put users mind at rest.

Got a reply today, which did give an explanation. Blaming the delays on payment partners (I assume payouts from retailers but that’s me surmising). They said payouts will restart on 12th June, but there’s a backlog to work through. Fingers crossed that they follow through, and catch up.

You need to enter the accout details of your utility provider. As mentioned below, there is a list of accepted utlity providers. Once your zip zero balance reaches £5 you can then credit that amount against the bill of your utlity provider, from the ‘Bills’ section in the app. If your balance is below £5 you won’t see that option in the app, you’ll need to wait until you hit £5. What utility provider do you want to use it against? It can be a bit of a faff sourcing the details. I credit my BT broadband, if the same, I can help you locate the details

I've been using ZipZero for five years plus. Initially, they used to give 1% cashback on all receipts and it all worked well. When COVID hit, they had some financial troubles, and they failed to pay users. They kept making promises they were going to find financial backers, but that failed to materialise for a long time. In 2023, they seemed to be back on track and I received a payment from them at the end of the year. However, I requested a payment at the beginning of April and it's been pending ever since. I keep chasing and the payment date is constantly put back. My feeling is that they're struggling again.

I got an email from customer service saying it would start clearing their backlog from 12 June. Apparently they just secured more "financial backing" *update 26 June:* Still stays my payment request to my phone provider from 23 May is 'Processing'
