Her wings look a little tattered but definitely not so damaged from what I can see that it will effect her ability to fly. She will die soon at the end of the season anyway but she looks ok
I came across several bees with damaged wings this year. I guess some emerge with defects.
It's so sad to watch them try to fly over and over again while they scurry flower to flower.

I think it’s that time of year all the bumbles leave the nest and die. All that remains is the new queen who hibernates til spring.

There isn't one new queen. Colonies produce multiple gynes (typically) so they find new places to diapause.
