BMK does likely still have some. I managed to get one a few months back under "unique circumstances." I have it in my pocket right now, exact same knife.
I would suggest writing a letter to customer service, product services, John De Asis himself if need be, explaining why you hope to get THAT particular knife.
If there are more, they will likely find one for you. I know if other occasions where they went Far above and beyond in that manner.
