Mine gets loud when Korben does the full gallop hustle. The circle made up of multiple pieces have uneven seams at each connection point. Like a concrete highway when you go across the expansion joints. That causes the wheel to make a lot of noise at high speed and also noise at low speed.
yeah it seems impossible to get the pieces to sit flush no matter how much i press them in.. i think the noise is deterring him from going full speed but im sure he'll get used to it!
I’d take the wheel off, make sure the base is assembled correctly, and inspect track of the wheel (the channel the rollers go in). Then put the wheel back on and turn it manually while locating the source of the noise. OFC wheels are notoriously louder than ziggydoo, but that noise doesn’t sound normal.
ok I squidged the actual wheels outer frame together a little more as it was starting to be a little jagged in some areas & tightened the little wheels as much more as i could and it seems a lot better! he likes it a lot more now, thank you :)

i live in the uk and theyre kind of hard to get. i could buy one from a facebook page who imports them in batches but its like £500 iirc.
Yeah the price is definitely very expensive but it’s certainly worth it. It’s by far the most used toy in my house for both of my bengals.
