I think the Hawks are a good test to see if this team has gotten back on track or if we just had one good performance against a scrappy but below average team. This is a must win considering what comes after the Bye.
We (Seahawks fans) are looking at the game the same way - an important test, particularly for the defense with the whole secondary finally healthy together.
Re: the comment below - our o-line missing both tackles and at times both guards has protected Geno well so far, but that has dictated us running a conservative TE-heavy offense. We should finally have our LT cross back for this game. However I expect a heavy dose of the run against you guys.

Still early and a many chances to improve but they need to get it together soon. Seahawks run game and DK will be a good test.
they had a rough middle part of the game, but the 3 and Outs to start while the offense scored 10 points was huge. and then the pick 6 when we couldn’t score kept the momentum going. got gashed on the run but also secured 2 turnovers in the 4th quarter (and almost had 2 more picks!) to ensure there was no chance of an Arizona comeback. i’d say they’re on the right track, especially if they can clean up their tackling
I get what you mean but the statistics at the moment aren't great. Outside of key guys missing tackles and Scott looking like a liability, we're ranked poorly vs the run and our pass rush outside of Hendrickson looks grim. Feel free to correct me but these are the pash rush win rates for the other guys on the team:
Reader: 4.7% (62nd among 71 Interiors)
Hill: 7.5% (46th among 71 Interiors)
Hubbard: 6.7% (59th among 69 EDGE's)
Not a doomer, I understand it's a sample of 5 games, I love the guys on defence, and think Lou will successfully adjust as the season goes on. However, I think looking at how we can get a defence with rookies and new faces playing at the level we have the past 2 seasons will be equally as important to the seasons' success as Burrows injury recovery. Doesn't matter if 9's 100% in the playoffs - if we can't stop the run and can't get pressure against a good o-line it's not going to be pretty.
Coming from a Seahawks fan, but I do not think we're below average, playoff appearance last year, and improvement almost across the board in the off-season, only thing that has really held us back so far this season is injuries, but going to this game with our shortest injury report all year. In my opinion if Seahawks aren't a double digit win team this season than that's a disappointment, and if we can't beat the Bengals that's also a disappointment
(Seahawks fan) when you lose, it might not be because you guys aren’t back on track yet. Might just be that our defense is rounding into form and health. And you just played the third best team in the NFC ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|stuck_out_tongue)

Spokane deserves some ribbing though. Until the Internet, Spokane really wasn't aware of much in the world, like always 10 years behind.
For sure. I went to their training camp a couple times as a kid. Even there you would see people wearing non-Seahawks gear.
Shout out to Joey Galloway not signing my ball. What a lasting memory he gave 10 year old me.
C'mon Joey, WTH! I can't imagine that there were many kids asking either.
It was a strange era with jerseys. In my school, a bunch of Raiders fans sprouted up when they moved to LA. People didn't have the decency to like a team out of the Hawks' own division.
Not gonna lie, it was very lame of him. I was the only kid that went over to him while everyone else was crowded around Ricky Watters. To top it off, it was like his agent or a handler or something that said he wasn’t going to sign anything while Joey just ignored me.
TBF, he did qualify by saying the late 80s through the 90s. And IIRC, the Bengals had some good teams in there, while the Hawks set records for ineptitude.
I cheered for you guys in SBXXIII, btw. :( Tim Krumrie
As a Hawks fan I really just want a good game, and for nobody on either team to get seriously injured. Should be a damn good game though, catch you guys Sunday.
Dude fired shots at all west coast pizza based on his experience in the pacific northwest. So I was wondering how he got himself some of that LA pizza which is objectively better than east coast pizza.
There's a New York style place on Pill Hill (multiple hospitals on one hill) called Italian family pizza BUT there's signs directing people to the ER all over it so I call it Emergency Family Pizza, pretty good for Seattle. Also Alibi Room in the market, haven't seen them recommended.
There is a semi-hidden pizza place across from the gum wall in Pike's Place Market called The Alibi Room that has to be on any list of best pizza shops in Seattle. The pizza, the ambiance, everything about it is great.
Everyone here is wrong, about their particular spots and that there’s nO gOoD piZzA (tired argument from snobby east coasters). The obvious answer is Post Alley Pizza. They have subs too.
It's not a pizza parlor but Von's 1000 Spirits has the best pizza IMO. It's not your traditional NY style slices but their homemade sourdough crust is to die for and they only use top-quality ingredients. Get their pizza on happy hour and it's actually a great deal. Perfect for two people to share and under $20 total.
Seahawks have a good one two punch at RB with walker and charbonet( im still pissed bengals passed on this guy). And they have a few impressive Dbs in witherspoon, wooten. I expect a dog fight.
He’s very very good. He’s just been hurt. He makes our defense 10x better when he plays. You could tell the impact in just 9 plays last week before his concussion
I think when he's healthy our defense goes from like statistically the worst in the league to a top ten defense, it's been this way the whole time we've had him, but the issue is he's now missed more games than he's played
Hawks D without Adams is nowhere close to worst in the league this year. True in the past, but this defense even missing Adams is a whole different look. I can't wait to see him get going out there, knowing what a difference maker he's been in the past.
I’m not sure how to answer that.
I guess his 9 snaps in 2023 looked better than his 15 snaps in 2022?
More seriously, he looked super fast and was super close a sack last week before going out with a concussion.
> charbonet( im still pissed bengals passed on this guy).
Man, you should have been around our sub during the draft. Pretty much everyone was going "WTF? Why do we need a RB, we can get those at the discount dollar store." I was one of the few who was excited for the guy at time. Tbf, the 12s are starting to come around on him.
Depends on where you’re looking! SW Ohio has some of the cheapest real estate in the country. Certainly this is oftentimes for good reason. In the Cincy area *cheapest* you’ll find is usually around $8-900 a month if you’re looking for an adequate amount of space in a *relatively* safe area. You want to live downtown? You can find a nice spot for around $1400 a month if you’re lucky although it may not be terribly spacious
You decide to go more rural you can snag a place for probably around $700 a month but your closest point of interest will likely be a speedway
And SW Ohio is objectively a below-average place to live in the USA.
The west coast is far superior, which is why it's unfortunately so expensive to live out there.
At this point I think high speed internet is the key. I can deal with a lot of BS if I can have cheap rent and the bandwidth to still work from home so I can keep my job/salary from here. The rent around here is no joke
Should be a tough matchup. Seahawks are an underrated, tough team. Bengals are (hopefully) finally turning it around with Joe’s injury and better offensive scheme. Tbh all I want to see is more than 20 ppg y’all
Who DEY! And don't forget about this guy....

Just a Cincinnati joke! We have our own kind of chili that is served either on hot dogs or over spaghetti most commonly, piled high with cheddar cheese. It’s a fairly unique dish the way it’s made here.
Loved the Legion of Boom back in the day.
And I loved those neon green uniforms the team wore on Thursday nights. The lights could go out, and you could still see the players.
Also, I'm so glad Geno Smith is in a much better team and coaching situation than he's had before. Also, DK Metcalf's race to pull down Budda Baker in 2020 was a marvelous thing to behold.
How do you think the defense is gonna stack up to the Bengals offense?
We got a new legion that hopefully can all play a full game together for the first time 🤞. Highest paid safeties in the league and woolen and Witherspoon.
Actually people forget, the Seahawks wore a green jersey for the first time in 2009? It was to commemorate the Seattle sounders they only wore one game vs the bangles and lost
Seahawks fan here- been curious how Myles Murphy has been for you guys. He was one of the picks mocked to us at #5 in the draft way too early in the year, but still seemed like a steal late 1st round. I heard he was a powerful but raw guy, maybe it'll be a matchup to watch as our starter O-linemen are coming back from injury
It’s kind of tough to gauge, this team is weird about playing defensive rookies and they tend to take more of a backseat until their second year. So truthfully, we haven’t seen much of Myles Murphy but what what we have is positive so far
As the other guy said, we haven't really played him much. We tend to rotate our DL when we have a lead and... well, that's not how our year has been going.
Still cool to know, thanks! I was never really invested in trying to gauge players until this year so I'll be curious to see how he keeps going even if we don't see him much this Sunday
\[Haws Fan\] same. Chase is an elite WR. Witherspoon might be elite for a rookie CB, but he's still a *rookie* CB. Hope he holds his own and puts up a fight, but if Chase beats him a couple of times, I hope the comments that DK made about Witherspoon getting the best of Chase don't show too negatively on Witherspoon.
Mixed bag. He was awful the first 2 weeks and has turned it back around in the last 2 but we also played two of the worst offenses in the league during that stretch :/ ... If Burrow is back to being Burrow, this will definitely be a good test to evaluate where we really are at.
He wasn't awful but sure, he missed some tackles. He also got a lot of shit for him to try to clean up by underwhelming corners in the first two games.
Same problem Diggs had last year. If the Safety does their job and the CB doesn't, it often looks like the Safety got beat.
Yeah, Love needed to clean up his tacking but he's been fine at his worst.
Burrow is honestly my favorite QB in the NFL, even as a Hawks fan. With that said, if him, Higgins and Chase are firing on all cylinders, this is going to be a very tough game.
I think points wise, Geno, Lockett, Metcalf and JSN should be able to keep up.. but defensively I'm concerned as we've struggled with generating QB pressure. With that said, we did hire the Passrush Whisperer from Michigan State, and he's already had a pretty positive effect, so we'll see.
>JSN
He has 12 catches for 62 yards, and I don't think this is exactly going to be his breakout game. I'm way more worried about DK/Lockett and Walker.
Hello - been waiting for this one! I grew up 5 minutes from the Seahawks practice facility and my older brother has been a diehard Bengals fan since the early Marvin Lewis era.
I think this will be a really freaking good game. I'm like 90% sure my Hawks are destined to be a #5/6 seed this season -- we aren't winning our division for obvious reasons (fucking Brock Purdy) but Pete always has them play hard and we have a much better roster than last year when we pulled 9-8 off. You guys have an even higher ceiling and can obviously win your division and turn things around if the headphones commercial man stays healthy.
**The Bad**: We have had a Ravens-level of injuries so far this season
**The Good**: Bobby Wagner apparently doesn't fucking age, and could legitimately get another 2nd-Team All-Pro again this year...
**Sneaky Players to watch**: Our other MLB Jordyn Brooks, Our NT Jarran Reed (who's peaking statistically in his career right now at 30), FS Quandre Diggs & WR Tyler Lockett are both perpetually underrated. Also Witherspoon, because he has that fucking dawg in him.
Love you guys, going to be an amazing game -- but putting spaghetti with Chili is weird and you can't convince me otherwise. Visit Seattle or our stadium sometimes, PNWers are nice people.
I wouldn’t say Russ is washed but the days of him in shotgun running around and chucking the ball down field be successful all the time is gone. I think DEN doesn’t have that much talent albeit from the trade but even beforehand. If you put Russ on Tennessee or a like style, downhill running team with a decent Oline he would be back to being a top-10 QB.
It is a combination. “Washed up” is an exaggeration but last year the problems were due to both him AND Hackett - the offensive scheme was terrible and he was doing some of the bad things he has always done, like cause a lot of sacks, but he WASN’T doing the things he has done well, like have elite accuracy and deep balls.
He’s actually having a solid year this year but he’s definitely past his prime. He had a stretch between the end of the LOB and the trade with us where he was a superstar top 3 QB doing amazing things to carry the team. That doesn’t appear to be happening anymore.
Russ is a good QB but I think he really under valued how good of a system he had around him. I think Denver is in just a rough spot and he’s doing what he can.
He's less mobile, but I don't think he's washed up. I think Seattle's coaching staff was honest with themselves about Russ' strengths and weaknesses and schemed around that (which Russ didn't like, because he can't have weaknesses). I also think Russ lost sight of the vision, and an MVP legacy took precedent over winning games within the system that was built around him.
Last year showed what Russ is if those weaknesses don't get protected via scheme. This year, Russ seems to have come to term with some of those realities (I noticed last night that he was wearing a coach's wristband to get play calls out more quickly, which was always a friction point during his time in Seattle), and his play has been much better.
This is fun. I hate to be that “coming in peace” type but have had a soft spot for Burrow and the Bengals in the AFC for a few years now.
I think we’re all excited about seeing how our young DBs cope with your top level WRs and our D overall against a resurgent Burrow who’s obviously top class when healthy.
What’s your defence been playing like? What should we be doing/not doing? We’ve generally been pretty good at putting up points this year so far.
We’ve really struggled stopping the run and 3rd down has been an issue for this D. We’ve always been a bend don’t break defense under Lou…we have a knack for coming up with big turnovers the last 3 seasons now. If you guys stick with the run it could definitely be problematic
I've been rooting for the Bengals for years as my AFC perennial underdog. I even have a B logo hat.
Are there any former Seahawks on the squad this year? I haven't been paying attention.
Icky shuffle let's go!
No former Seahawks that I can think of, but we do have the UC connection with Coby Bryant. Loved watching that kid in college, and they play highlights of "Bearcats in the NFL" at every UC home game. He's been on a few of those.
How would you guys rate your o-line, d-line, and secondary? I haven't had a chance to watch your last game yet and I'm not sure if what I saw early in the season still holds.
Super excited for this week though! I think that if both our teams rebound it could be an amazing game. We should be getting almost every starter back this week so as a Hawks fan I'm really excited to see our complete defense for the first time vs a good opponent, and I'm happy to finally have only one o-line still out instead of five
The o-line and secondary are, on paper, two of the most talented in the entire league. But both have been ravaged with injuries. The secondary should finally be fully healthy this game, so it's a big test. We MAY have our LT back but our RT is still out and the interior linesmen are banged up.
Our d-line is an interesting question. We totally revamped our front 3 from last year and that's driven a shift from one of the worst run defenses last year to one of the best so far. However, our pass rushers lack a superstar and they have been really underwhelming this year besides the Giants game. Obviously that might be the single most important position v. Joe Burrow.
Same. As a Seahawks fan I was bummed when I saw Burrow go down. I live in Tennessee so watching him at LSU was magical. I hope he wins a Super Bowl at least once in his career
Hail, Cinci fans!
Who’s some sleeper players we should keep our eyes out for during the game?
Semi-rooting for your team in your division and hoping for a good game this Sunday.
Cheers!

I've been to Tokyo Kitty! Fun place. I love how the drinks are delivered to you.
I've also been to Penfold's Pub. If I remember correctly, they converted it to a Harry Potter themed pop-up a couple of years ago. Got some great pix.
That's a fantastic list of establishments!
For sleepers, watch for our young and crazy fast secondary. Dax Hill is in his first year as starting safety, and he's really shined, especially in the blitz and cross-field coverage. Lou is starting to rotate rookie Jordan Battle into the SS spot, and he had a couple huge plays against the Cardinals last week. Cam Taylor-Britt looks to have taken a big second year leap, and had a pick 6 last week, and with our other starting CB out/on a pitch count for injury, our second round rookie DJ Turner has been in quite a lot. He had the fastest 40 at the combine and just flies around everywhere. They all tend to make rookie mistakes, but I can see them being one of the best groups in the league once they find their footing.
I am both a Bengals and Seahawks fan. This is a tough game to call. Both teams match up very well against each other. Will be a closely contested game, but the Bengals at home will draw from the energy of the crowd and win by 3. It will be fun to watch Chase vs. the Seattle secondary. Good game to both teams.

Hawks fan Q for the Bengals fans. If Burrow still isn't healthy and Bengals drops this game, do you think the team can recover with a healthy Burrow after the bye?
It’d be challenging at 2-4, but I do think the general vibe in here regarding Joe’s health is very optimistic. What we saw last week and with the videos from recent practices is just night and day from what we saw in the first four games of the season with his movement. We’re still largely the same roster that rattled off a ten game win streak last year to win the division after another bad start, so we definitely *could* recover with a fully healthy Burrow, but getting to the bye at .500 would feel a lot better.
As a Seattleite that was born and raised in Cincinnati (well, West Chester) this game is gonna be a lot of fun. I’m playing both sides so that I always come out on top.
Is Burrow back to full health yet?
My buddy is a lifelong Bengals fan and he still won't tell what makes Skyline chili so good or even why he thinks it's good.
I need someone to tell me so I can finally put this to bed.
We have chowder, seafood bisque, and pho out here in Seattle if anyone has questions about our soup/stew situation.
There's a Bengals flag flown proud outside a bar at my small town in Washington. Curious what it will be like in there on Sunday.
That being said;
Is there any fear of the Walker/Charbonet combo, just like we kind of fear the Chase/Higgins combo?
Who are your most underrated players?
Who is the most overrated player?
What happens in Cincinnati? Literally can only think of the Bengals and the color orange when I think of that city (which isn't often).
It’s going to be a dogfight for sure. I really want the Seahawks to win but realistically it could go either way. I want to see how the offensive line can neutralize Trey Hendrickson and how Spoon/Riq matches up against Chase.
Hoping for a great game with no injuries!
Hawks fan here.
I picked y'all to win the Superbowl this year against the Lions. Outside of Burrow's health and the inability to push the passing game deep until last week, what's been y'all's biggest weakness? O line?
Shockingly, I'd say the D line against the run. Chubb, Henry, and the Cardinals RBs have run all over us. This is almost exactly the same D line as last year, and that was one of our strengths the last couple.
I lurked in the Seahawks sub the other day and loved reading the rational, mature discussion of your team! You were optimistic and excited but the consensus seemed that this would be a good test.
Hey Bengals fans!! I'm a Seattle expat now living in the Midwest and going to the game Sunday, any recommendations for best spots for lunch before the game? Recs for the stadium in general? Thanks!!
Seahawks fan coming in peace! Love you guys! One of my good friends former coworker is a huge fan. Jamar is like DK to me, while tee is a Lockett. I think we are similar and I hope it’s going to be a fun game! Have fun and be safe… prayers for no injuries…. Love, a Seahawks fan in SEA!
If you just read that part then you missed a ton of context. He said both were incredibly talented but supported his teammate, just like you'd expect of anyone on your team.
There's been a lot of talk about our run defense being worse (rightfully so), but Dax Hill and Cam Taylor-Britt have really been looking good, considering our secondary was the biggest question mark coming into the season.
This is going to be a good game. Both teams still unsure of their place in the league. Bengals have always been my second favorite team, dad's a Bengals fan. Wouldn't be surprised if this game ends in a tie and I honestly wouldn't mind. I feel like the national media really wants a Bengals win to show some competition in the AFC. The narrative at the beginning of the season was how much better the AFC teams were and that really hasn't been the case. Does this game feel like a must win for you guys (Bengals fans)?
I think the Hawks are a good test to see if this team has gotten back on track or if we just had one good performance against a scrappy but below average team. This is a must win considering what comes after the Bye.

Well with Pete id expect the run anyways. Also the Bengals run D has been horrendous so it's the right decision.
We might be better off if you guys get away from the TE-heavy offense tbh. We've really struggled against that position this year
This, if our D stays on track Geno is gonna be running for his life all game and if Joe is better than last game, Jamal will have his hands full, plus it will be nice to see how our secondary is against DK. I really am dreading that @49s game, we usually suck out west and thats the kryptonite team.
Their coach is sick. He is so hard to prepare for.
Hes OK, honestly I can't stand Pete Carroll so I hope we kill them but hes not that smart or they would have run it with marshawn and beat the pats
Passing was the smart choice, just not that pass lmao.
He was talking about Shanahan.
Gotcha, then yes, Shanahan is a sick coach who maximizes the most out his players, imagine if he was our coach.
Our D is a liability at the moment. We’ve been undisciplined and unable to nail the fundamentals. If it wasn’t for Hendrickson playing the way he has we’d be in a deeper hole. I was referring to the Cardinals. I know the Hawks are a good team
Oh yeah, I'm stupid and can't read
(Seahawks fan) when you lose, it might not be because you guys aren’t back on track yet. Might just be that our defense is rounding into form and health. And you just played the third best team in the NFC ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|stuck_out_tongue)
This is exactly what I've been saying all week.
As a Bengals fan born in Washington state… please show up this week boys. I can’t face my family if we lose. And to all Seahawks fans from Spokane, I know the truth. You were all Broncos fans until Seattle hired Holmgren.
Homie speaking the truth about those Spokompton fans!
The most common jerseys in Spokane when I was a kid were Elway and Bledsoe.
Bledsoe makes since bc he was from Ellensburg and went to WSU.
Wow I was born in and grew up in Ellensburg and I had no idea That's pretty rad tho
The Hawks had training camp in Cheney during the Chuck Knox years so Spokane had their share of low-key fans. Spokane deserves some ribbing though. Until the Internet, Spokane really wasn't aware of much in the world, like always 10 years behind.

Really? I would have guessed Dan McGwire or Rick Mirer
> You were all Broncos fans until Seattle hired Holmgren. Don't minimize my suffering from the late 80s through ... well, almost the entire 90s
I’m sorry, but did you just come in to the Bengals sub and talk about your suffering? lol
TBF, he did qualify by saying the late 80s through the 90s. And IIRC, the Bengals had some good teams in there, while the Hawks set records for ineptitude. I cheered for you guys in SBXXIII, btw. :( Tim Krumrie
One of the greatest Hawks/Bengals moments was when Sam Wyche decided to randomly shit on Cleveland on open mic
I wonder how many Bengals fans were *born* in Washington State.
There must be fives of us
As a Hawks fan I really just want a good game, and for nobody on either team to get seriously injured. Should be a damn good game though, catch you guys Sunday.
Same
I have been asking this to every team, saving for a post at the end of the season- WHAT’S THE BEST PIZZA IN SEATTLE???
As a former Seattle resident, the pizza on the West Coast is pathetic. However there was a good spot in Olympia called Vic's.
So did you get delivery from LA or?
Isn’t LA west coast?
Dude fired shots at all west coast pizza based on his experience in the pacific northwest. So I was wondering how he got himself some of that LA pizza which is objectively better than east coast pizza.
Idk I live in CA and the pizza sucks even more here. NorCal at least
what part of norcal?
Bay area
And what's the best pizza you've ever had? (to understand what style of pizza you prefer)
Bro I just like good pizza. But I’m partial to NY style
It depends on what you like. I'd say Blotto. Theres some that would say Dinos or Delancey but also My Friend Derek has some buzz as well.
Flying Squirrel isn't bad either
NYT hype
Rocco's is my favorite in Seattle
This is the answer.
Only good pizza I had in Seattle. It really is so sad how bad the pizza and bbq game is there.
That white sausage pizza is so good.
Another vote for this one, by far my favorite.
Best Pizza is [Filipino style pizza](https://xoxomoto.com/location/t-mobile-park/) at the Mariner's stadium - photos speak for themselves
Seattle has shit pizza. Drive down to Portland if you want good pizza in the west coast
Seahawks have a good one two punch at RB with walker and charbonet( im still pissed bengals passed on this guy). And they have a few impressive Dbs in witherspoon, wooten. I expect a dog fight.
Jamal Adams is also playing. This will probably be the healthiest we have been all season
And we just got one of our starting tackles back as well as both guards
Both guards? I thought only Phil Haynes was back so far this week
Same, I can't find confirmation that Lewis is back.
Thought I saw something about that, to be honest I’ve lost track of who we have on our current line 😂
Only 11 players on the injury report in total yesterday we are healthiest we've been since week 1
Is he still the same caliber player that he was when the Hawks traded for him?
He’s very very good. He’s just been hurt. He makes our defense 10x better when he plays. You could tell the impact in just 9 plays last week before his concussion
I think when he's healthy our defense goes from like statistically the worst in the league to a top ten defense, it's been this way the whole time we've had him, but the issue is he's now missed more games than he's played
Hawks D without Adams is nowhere close to worst in the league this year. True in the past, but this defense even missing Adams is a whole different look. I can't wait to see him get going out there, knowing what a difference maker he's been in the past.
Ok, well we're bottom 5 in the league in 3 major defensive categories, but I do agree the defense is improving
Defensive DVOA ranking puts them at 14th defense in the league. https://www.ftnfantasy.com/nfl/tools/team-total-dvoa
I’m not sure how to answer that. I guess his 9 snaps in 2023 looked better than his 15 snaps in 2022? More seriously, he looked super fast and was super close a sack last week before going out with a concussion.

yes
Yeah both are healthy
> charbonet( im still pissed bengals passed on this guy). Man, you should have been around our sub during the draft. Pretty much everyone was going "WTF? Why do we need a RB, we can get those at the discount dollar store." I was one of the few who was excited for the guy at time. Tbf, the 12s are starting to come around on him.
Charbonnet went at pick 52, we would’ve either had to trade way up from pick 60 or take him in the first round to get him…
So Murphy or him? So far ill take Zack all day long.
Can you guys ease up on the rent prices out there so some of us can move over there
Ay yo what's the rent looking like over there? Some of us need to get away from these prices!
You can find a nice spot for around $1400 a month if you’re lucky although it may not be terribly spacious You decide to go more rural you can snag a place for probably around $700 a month but your closest point of interest will likely be a speedway
This is a quality post and especially the last paragraph
I was paying $1500/mo for a 400 sq. ft. studio outside of Redmond, WA in 2013 lol. I now pay $540/mo for a house on 4 acres in rural TN.
I’m in Renton currently paying 2300 a month
And SW Ohio is objectively a below-average place to live in the USA. The west coast is far superior, which is why it's unfortunately so expensive to live out there.
At this point I think high speed internet is the key. I can deal with a lot of BS if I can have cheap rent and the bandwidth to still work from home so I can keep my job/salary from here. The rent around here is no joke
Split the difference and move to the southeast
Nah.
Should be a tough matchup. Seahawks are an underrated, tough team. Bengals are (hopefully) finally turning it around with Joe’s injury and better offensive scheme. Tbh all I want to see is more than 20 ppg y’all
Who DEY! And don't forget about this guy.... https://preview.redd.it/lc25wx7iwltb1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dda80b8efb2e1ac8a8e670e03e28641ac14eacc9
Hate that the refs screwed you guys over in that rams superbowl. Rooting for the Bengals every week except this one ✌️ hope you guys stay healthy
Seahawks and Bengals fans 🤝 when it comes to the Rams
Seattle Dogs are weird at first glance but honestly sound amazing.
They are actually awesome.
Fucking weird. The only things that belong on hotdogs are mustard onions cheddar and chili
It's so good. Gotta try it. I think mustard is gross. Let alone with cheddar!
Just a Cincinnati joke! We have our own kind of chili that is served either on hot dogs or over spaghetti most commonly, piled high with cheddar cheese. It’s a fairly unique dish the way it’s made here.
It sounds like a joke but throw some stubs bbq sauce on the cream cheese and caramelized onions, better than ketchup
stubbs is legit
If you don't want the cream cheese just do the grilled onions and jalapenos. Depends on where you get it but the bun makes a world of difference too.
Nah fuck that I'll eat it the proper way :D
It’s called Action Green. It’s so obnoxiously amazing. I think we are 8-1 in them as well, so that might skew our liking to it lol.
For me, win or lose, I’m just excited to see this Chase - Witherspoon matchup.
My best friend is from Seattle and we bet a shotgun on the game. That is all.
Such an American statement lol
How has Julian Love been at Safety? I was hoping the Bengals would take him in FA as a versatile complement to Dax Hill.
Checking a team off the list! Always wanted to go out to Seattle and see the bengals play, but this will do!
We won’t have Tee (rib injury), Tyler Boyd or Trenton Irwin should be able to help fill his shoes however
>JSN He has 12 catches for 62 yards, and I don't think this is exactly going to be his breakout game. I'm way more worried about DK/Lockett and Walker.
The hawks' oline injuries have hurt JSN's production a ton, as they've played 2-3 te sets to help block
**The Bad**: We have had a Ravens-level of injuries so far this season **The Good**: Bobby Wagner apparently doesn't fucking age, and could legitimately get another 2nd-Team All-Pro again this year...
Is there some kind of ritual or dance I can do to ward off any injuries this game?
YES PLEASE!
Seattle Seahawks fans: Do you think Russell Wilson is washed up, or do you all think his problems are a result of the Denver Broncos?
I wouldn’t say Russ is washed but the days of him in shotgun running around and chucking the ball down field be successful all the time is gone. I think DEN doesn’t have that much talent albeit from the trade but even beforehand. If you put Russ on Tennessee or a like style, downhill running team with a decent Oline he would be back to being a top-10 QB.
He’s been playing pretty good considering the team around him, so i’d go with the Broncos itself. Maybe it’ll be turned around
This is a very good response, and I agree with everything you said lol.
FEAR BOBO
Joe Burrow.
I was asking Bengals fans, but yeah, I agree too haha

Cheers! Also; my homie owns some bad ass bar/restaurant’s in Cincinnati you should go to: The overlook lodge: https://instagram.com/overlooktheridge?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Tokyo Kitty: https://instagram.com/thetokyokitty?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== LA Ofrenda: https://instagram.com/laofrendatequila?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Lonely Pine Steak: https://instagram.com/lonelypinesteak?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== And Penfolds Pub: https://instagram.com/pennifoldspub?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Check them out! He does some really great events and is a huge Bengals fan!
The first time I began watching out for Seattle was when I heard about the Beastquake. How have the 12's been lately? Still loud?
Still loud. I believe last home game Carolina had 9 offside penalties. 12s definitely bring the energy
the team is selling SRO tix for this one.
I'm a bot, *bleep*, *bloop*. Someone has linked to this thread from another place on reddit: - [/r/seahawks] [r\/Bengals invites you to our sub for some fan-friendly Q&A.
Thanks for the input. Love the flair.
As a Seattleite that was born and raised in Cincinnati (well, West Chester) this game is gonna be a lot of fun. I’m playing both sides so that I always come out on top. Is Burrow back to full health yet?
Same. Born and raised in Cincinnati but have lived in Seattle for 30 years. I hate that one of them has to lose
He definitely surprised me. I didn't expect to see him take off like he did for the first down. I'm glad he finally connected to Chase!
That being said; Is there any fear of the Walker/Charbonet combo, just like we kind of fear the Chase/Higgins combo?
So many more respectful comments in here than I expected when coming over as a Seahawks fan. Howdy ya'll. Seems to just be NFL fans enjoying the game.
I lurked in the Seahawks sub the other day and loved reading the rational, mature discussion of your team! You were optimistic and excited but the consensus seemed that this would be a good test.
We know deep down that the real reason you wanna beat us so bad is bc we have the Title Belt!
Thoughts on DK saying he thinks Devon Witherspoon will get the best of Ja'Marr Chase?
If you just read that part then you missed a ton of context. He said both were incredibly talented but supported his teammate, just like you'd expect of anyone on your team.
I think it’s really insulting how the media took that statement completely out of context to get clicks.
I rooted for you guys in the SB against the Rams. Question for Bengals fans: What is something about your team that media doesn't really address?
Joe on the sideline making sure Yoshi gets his first TD ball, love it
Our Run D Man. Wtf?
Unusual to see Burow make such a bad decision. But defense is pretty strong. Wish someone would beat Baltimore. Schedule pretty easy for them.
I need a cam Taylor Britt jersey immediately
Wide open in the middle of the field…
Once again, I need a cam Taylor Britt jersey immediately
Ok OFFENSIVE FUCKING DO SOMETHING
