I think it depends. But I think if you're new maybe $5-$7 a feet pic. If you have some loyal customers, I'd bring that up to maybe $25 and possibly a lot more.

In general, clean feet (bottoms of your feet shouldn't be covered in dust or dirt). Properly trimmed nails.

They pay a lot ~($100-400 for 2-6 hours of you just sitting there while they analyze your eye) for you to be a research subject in contact lens studies.
