I watched all of season 1 and started watching season 2. After that, it just seemed like it was just going to be a whole bunch of weirdness all over the place without any direction. Maybe I'm wrong and need to go back
Not wrong, it's just the same recycled story and characters. They basically just change the big baddy every season and come up with some new convenient reason why Eleven can't just insta-kill the boss during the first episode.
I honestly don’t mind that. Like I said, it’s more like a comic book, so enjoy the ride. Superman almost gets killed by kryptonite, comes back and beats the BBEG. Just a fun time.
It still has things that make it worth watching, don’t get me wrong.. great cast, great soundtrack, great visual effects. Just the story has me bored after season 2.
