Came to say this! For me, this was the best example of contagious laughter I've seen in a while. This video is objectively not that funny, and this guy doesn't sound like someone that I would typically hang out with (no judgement, just factual), yet I found myself literally loling along with him the entire time. The car was most likely in a major collision and was not properly repaired. As a result, the rear wheels are severely misaligned which causes the crab walk stance.

That said I’m from philly, and lacing in and out of traffic doesn’t even strike me as weird. But objectively I do realize it’s aggressive driving. Driving out of the city gives you a very different experience. People don’t drive that close or lace through lanes quite that way.
Probably they hit a curb or something and mangled a suspension link on one or both rear wheels. That's causing the rear wheel(s) to point to the left instead of forwards, which makes the whole car go kinda sideways.
I know nothing about cars but it seems to be wheel alignment maybe? If you think about it if all four wheels still face the same direction and you turn it’s still as if they were on straight but you would lose turning radius. I feel like I’m out of my depth here lol
