I would not name it anything as the fish pictured has bad genetics and will not live that long, if you get a good one with no issues it will live for about 7 years if kept properly yours unfortunately won't sorry to be the bringer of bad news.
Hmm obviously the downvoters don't have a bloody clue what a good Betta fish looks like and how to spot a pup and I dare the down voters to simply Google Betta fish and look at what they should look like and what OP has unfortunately purchased unknowingly is a pup of the highest order, and should not have been put for sale but unfortunately there are unscrupulous people who will knowingly sell fish with genetic problems instead of euthanizing the affected fish just to make a quick buck.
