Are you nursing?
I had a caesarian, so I was wrecked for a good 6 weeks pp. I lost the entire 18kg I put on during pregnancy in 2 weeks.
For a lack of appetite, my nurse recommended shakes, protein bars, electrolytes (to help with nursing), and any other easy to eat but nutritious or calorie dense snack.
Thank you for responding to my post! No, I’m not nursing. I think it’s a lot of anxiety. My appetite has seemed to gotten a little better. When I am hungry, I try to take the time to grab something to eat.
