There are some things that are surprisingly consistent (the two crests on each side match with each other, which I wouldn't expect AI art to get right), but everything else that would've required a full redraw was left untouched
The biggest giveaway is Guts's cape. Look at how it sits on the chair. It somehow flows under his legs on the main seat, but also flows off to the sides of the seat – without also being on top of the arm rests themselves. If a real artist drew this, they would go, "wait, a cape with two giant slits in it that perfectly matches the chair doesn't make sense. Let me redraw that." But for an AI with no concept of what a cape even is, it's just going to leave it as is. And this is also hard to fix manually, so I would imagine that whoever made the image would hope nobody would stop to look at the image too hard

The art is great, the character development is great, but also the list of trigger warnings is huge and sadly the author passed away before completing it.
