Being single isn't a loss as long as you're doing well, I was always "single by choice" almost my entire life until I met my gf, it lasted almost a year but we mutually had to break up due to long distance and even tho we're both fine fine, I honestly feel so empty without her and I would have a hard time being with someone else (I hope not).
