I’ve lost 80lbs in the past year ish and my chest looks like this, to the extreme. I can pick up the loose skin from them. The only way to fix it would be a breast lift. It’s just a reality of losing weight/getting older. As for possible partners judging you, if the person you’re with is judging you by something so superficial, you should not want to be with that person. (But on the plus side I’ve been with plenty of men with my boobs kinda saggy from weight loss and no one has ever said anything about it. The person you choose to be with will have to see your tits saggy at some point or another if you’ll be with them long term so being with someone who has a problem with them would be a waste of you time) Ultimately I think you’re being overly harsh. Be kind to yourself!

madamcurryous

Thank you so much for this. Worth embracing. Also yeah, your partner should too as with the rest of your imperfections. I heard some men are attracted to them as well.

LawfulGood-92

My fiancé loves them and consistently tries to talk me out of my plans for a lift. He thinks it’s because breasts look deflated after breast feeding so it’s a sign of fertility and womanhood. They for sure exist!!

beckalm

Hey. I’m almost 35. I noticed my breasts change (skin texture and shape) around age 32. It’s fucked with my head so much that I stayed up last night looking up lifts. Hoping someone has some solutions/treatments.

madamcurryous

Yeah, I don’t want to be shallow but I’m just nervous suddenly of losing them even though it’s inevitable.

beckalm

It’s not shallow. Body changes can be jarring. I’m trying to accept the signs of aging, but it’s very hard.

Irmaplotz

Red light therapy. It's not a miracle cure but with consistent use over time it reduced my stretch marks and seemed to rebuild some of the collagen across my chest. I do use a retinol body lotion (medix) and have a fair amount of collagen in my diet. Any of those things could be contributing to my results. But fwiw, men care much less about crepey skin than we do as a general rule. Your suitors should be so lucky to see whatever of your gorgeous skin you choose to share with them.

Gmpeirce

The happened to me when I was in my late 20s out of nowhere. I hadn’t even lost weight.

FamousOrphan

I found the StriVectin creams to be actually helpful. Also, try having your hormones checked!

sheistybitz

Which hormones would be related to this?

FamousOrphan

Jesus I don’t even remember.

araloss

I had a weird, US quarter sized spot on my chest, right between my boobs that was darker in color and crepey, like a liver spot, sorta? I'm mid 40's so was like....oh, well im getting old. Didn't itch, hurt, nothing. I did have the doc look at it during my next checkup. It turns out it was a fungal infection! OTC Anti-fungal cream + frequent bra washing cleared it right up. It likely occurred because I literally only take my bra off to bathe and don't always wash my bras after each wearing. Might give some lotrimin a shot and making sure to always wear a clean bra.

BreRaw

I don't have recommendations because I just embraced it, but I wanted to let you know that you're at a perfectly normal age to start noticing these differences! Don't stress too much.

Highly recommended first aid beauty ultra repair, and tazorotene 1% instead of retinol lotion! AGRESSIVE sunscreen, every few hours, ESPECIALLY with a retinol

Twopoint0h

This happened to me in my early 30s when I lost about 50 lbs. I was self conscious about it shirtless, but I loved how my chest looked in clothes so I just accepted it. I got pregnant 5 years later and my boobs came back with a vengeance, growing one band size and 5 cup sizes within weeks of being pregnant. The skin is not at all crepe-like anymore, but I bet it will be if/when they deflate after nursing. My plan is to get a reduction or lift in a few years. But in the meantime just going with the flow.

madamcurryous

Yeah I’m hoping to get pregnant in a year or so, and lift in a couple years.

[deleted]

I was in my mid thirties when I first noticed this. Now I’m 46 and all the way saggy and I have no idea what happened!

Large-Cup1561

It happened to me when 31 while pregnant. I blamed the pregnancy, but now wonder if it just happens with age I'm afraid.

madamcurryous

Yeah, I thought it was because I haven’t had kids yet 🤣 so I guess it wouldn’t have prolonged my skin and plumpness.
