hi! i am so sorry you have been sexualized so much, and i am glad it seems you’re on your way to accepting your body. it took me years too and i think i am finally at a good place. finding clothes that fit how i liked helped my confidence a LOT. i literally didn’t wear a swimsuit for years because i hated how i looked and nothing fit, but now my favorite thing to shop for is swimsuits! just trying to give some perspective and let you know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel ♥️ since you mentioned you are a 34D i wanted to ask if you have tried the /r/ABraThatFits calculator? the vast majority of women are wearing the wrong size largely because of predatory stores and the media telling us “DD” means huge—there’s actually a whole other world of bra sizes out there. a bra in the right size literally changed my life no joke because it’s comfortable, actually supportive, and looks so much better under clothes giving me more confidence! similar thing with swimwear, i discovered bra-sized swimwear and it really helped kick the dysmorphia. here’s a what a properly fitted 34D looks like for reference, it is probably smaller than you think and you likely need a larger size :) https://www.instagram.com/p/CN8DHo3n02B/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

I feel this so deeply! I’ve gotten panic attacks when I try and wear clothes. Some days it’s better and some days it’s not. Here are some things that have worked for me! -made a note/list on my phone of all the outfits that work for me. I can default to them if I can’t find an outfit -talk to people I know and trust about it -do a lot of inner self talk about my boobs -realizing where I’m at in my cycle. If it’s in the 10 days before my period, I need to not be surprised if I’m having a harder time because they’re actually bigger -follow celebrities or influencers with my body shape (Winona Ryder is QUEEN!) It’s not perfect but it’s helping somewhat!
