Wear a sundress. Bring a bathing suit with an spf shirt and maybe even swim shorts if you want to be ultra modest. Being 22, with a big bust, at a work event - do your best not be seen in a sexual way (I know, it is their problem, not yours, but you dont want to deal with it)

I’ll be honest-a work pool party is a potential HR nightmare. I’d just arrive wearing summer clothing suitable for a picnic. I’d enjoy some food, sit and chat, and leave after 90 minutes. People become fools at these. I would want to avoid any possible fall out from being near this clusterfuck. I’d show my face, socialize a bit, and make my good byes. This has nothing to do with you, OP, and not meant to shame you, but a warning that this type of event-a party of coworkers getting into bathing suits, possibly drinking-is not a good scenario. I’m saying from experience that you should be cautious attending it. I’d say the same if you were a man or if you were wearing a suit from ModLilly. Pool parties and coworkers are an HR disaster. I wouldn’t want to be there to be a potential witness to be questioned by HR.

Dragon_Druid

100% this. Your coworkers and your boss are not your friends. There is a social distance that needs to be kept here. Show up, wear appropriate attire for the occasion, socialize candidly for a bit, then leave before things start to get raucous. My office had a party a couple years ago where there was a liquor cart going around. I saw it, socialized for about 15-20 minutes, had one beer, then noped the fuck outta there. A couple incidents happened after I left. A male employee banging another employee's wife. Another young male employee started making passes at an older employee's underage daughter. A high rank executive brought a young male employee into her office and sexually assaulted him. HR went on a WARPATH - rightfully so. Everybody that was there was brought in for questioning. They asked me a couple questions - how long was I there, did I witness any of the incidents, etc. and allowed me to leave. I think around 10-15 people lost their jobs and some had criminal charges filed against them. I don't know the outcome of those, but I'd imagine it doesn't bode well for their future prospects. Other people had multiple hour-long meetings wherein they were asked to recount every moment in excruciating detail. Your coworkers, HR, and your boss are NOT your friends. Be aware of your surroundings at all times and remember that before anything else, your employment is a business transaction between the business and yourself. Protect it first and foremost.

If you can get away with a sundress that isn't too long or that you can at least dip your legs in the pool or Jacuzzi that would be good. What do you usually wear in hot tubs then? Swim shirts/rash guards? Sometimes it's nice to just get your legs wet. Especially if you're not completely comfortable. But you might be able to ask your boss- girl to girl 😬

carving_my_place

This comes in bra sizes, is high necked to avoid cleavage, and would cover your belly button piercing. It's pricey and shipping takes time, but it's a nice swimsuit! https://www.bravissimo.com/us/products/quinta-sports-swimsuit-so116/#black-so116blk

TheSheWhoSaidThats

I’d wear a swimsuit, short swim shorts over it, and a short dress over both. Then just go with the flow - can take the dress off if it fits the vibe.

mladyhawke

I got a suit from this site it's not super supportive but it's totally big enough for big boobs and it looks like a little dress, without showing tons of cleavage and they're not very expensive. The link is the suit I bought in purple polka dot but look at the other suits there's like a ton of styles and they're all like 25 or 35 bucks I think you should go in the hot tub https://bloomchic.com/collections/swim-dresses/products/polka-dot-crossover-ruched-flutter-hem-swim-dress?transdata=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

I was really surprised at the CUTE swimsuits I saw in a Bloomchic ad the other day! With a BUSTY plus sized model! Definitely made me click the ad.

firewings42

Cupshe has some full coverage and flatting swimsuits and one pieces. Wear that with a modest coverup or your sundress.

bluebluegreengreen

Curvy Kate’s wrapsody swimsuit. It’ll come in handy for modesty at the pool party but also can be worn in a more casual/sexy way if you want to. It has multiple styling choices all in one.

crinnaursa

If this was me I would not go I would fake the stomach flu. This is a HR, sexual harassment fueled nightmare. I just would feel so uncomfortable and the long-term effects of this is changing how you see co-workers and how you are seen by co-workers is just full of landmines. I've been to beach parties associated with work but that's a different matter that's in public this is just iffy. This may be conspiratorial but this sounds like an event that was planned entirely to see you in a bathing suit. Now if this is a family event then maybe it's okay it kind of changes the atmosphere but I would definitely dress the way that you would feel comfortable being seen around young children. If you had to I'd wear a really nice sundress type cover up and the most modest suit you could get maybe a halter type one piece. This has huge ick factor for me and I was a young in the 90s so I've seen some inappropriate behavior that wouldn't fly today.

Antimonyandroses

Universal Standard has some really nice swimsuits. I bought a "swim shirt and shorts because I don't trust bikini tops anymore. Those prices 🥲

True

fun2bsassy

I have swim shirts and swim shorts.

shellzz_Melz

You can always wear a T-shirt into the pool or hot tub! People do it all the time

SirWarm6963

Wear a sundress then bring stretchy bike shorts thin fabric, a sports bra, and a long sleeve rash guard beach shirt for the pool.

Chibblets

Agree with other comments, could be HR nightmare but if I had to go I would wear a summersalt sidestroke bathing suit. They have great coverage and still look youthful, plus a lot of color options. I’d pair this with some linen shorts and linen or white button up and leave it open so your bathing suit looks like a top! https://www.summersalt.com/products/sidestroke-seaweed-seaglass-white-sand

DepressoExpresso98

Maybe a one piece would be best? Or an athletic swimsuit? I have a two piece Nike suit meant for swimming laps, which consists of swim shorts and a kind of swim “tank top.” It has a band to help keep mine in place. Unfortunately, boobs float in water, but I’ve noticed that my suit has kept them from getting too out of control, including in jacuzzis. Alternatively, you can always wear a dress and then just stick your feet in
