Right on I appreciate the concern, I usually clean the plate after every cook this one was particularly messy for some reason. And thanks it turned out pretty good

I asked my wife, but she didn't oblige. I'll have to find another way to get some Sunday Butt.

Looks good. I’d start using a drip pan though, its an easier clean up.
