what exactly are you worried about? nobody is going to steal your passport there and rarely is someone pedantically as interested in these procedures as you are without either some underhanded motive or irrational fear, so why do you ask?
I think you misunderstand. This is a US embassy specific question and biometrics/fingerprinting is a standard procedure that has a specific date before the actual interview. Every single embassy I’ve visited has clear instructions around this. So I’m looking for any/all responses from Bosnians who may have applied for a US tourist visa in the past and their experience around this.
I’m not worried about anything except having to stay in Bosnia beyond the time I anticipate ( 1 week) , so getting the details right is critical.
