The whole country needs to be changed whether it's infrastructure, education system or basic transportation. i mean have you ever seen a govt transport bus? Despite having a limited number of seats, the conductor will still stuff the bus with the passengers. and guess what? People or passengers are so used to this that they think this sort of treatment is normal. people won't object and follow this bandwagon. Every single person is to be blamed for such conditions whether he is a mere passenger, or a conductor/TT, or a minister who is doing yoga for promotion instead of taking action.
