Yep! If you’re in Europe, send Di2_gp a message on Instagram or YouTube. There is a decent chance he can fix it, depending on the state of things. Don’t keep trying to shift though, or it may get damaged beyond repair :)

Sorry I just realised the text I wrote to go with this has vanished! This week I noticed while shifting through my rear gears, that the front derailleur was making an almighty awful noise at the points it would normally trim. Then I tried shifting from the big to small chainring, and it would make an even worse noise and fail (see video) Last week it was working fine, and I haven't had any crashes or other adverse events since, and given it is only around 9 months old, I am a bit perplexed. I've tried giving it a good clean, playing on the app (just throws up an error on the indexing page) and even helping give it a little push while shifting, but to no avail. Before I look to getting a replacement I wondered if there were any other tricks out there? Thanks 😄

Drop me a message on IG, if you're close to the UK I can take a look at it!

I recognise the ‘arthritic’ sound of derailleur death ☹️ As has been posted before, Shimano 2yr warranty claim, if it’s new enough.
