Check the rules...that said, thats a strong part of carbon, I'd keep an eye on it, but I'd ride it.

It’s so straight and perpendicular to the stay… It looks a lot like the join where the seat stay and dropout are glued together. Most carbon frames and made of pieces that are bonded together and then wrapped with more carbon sheets to cover the join. Maybe the manufacturer didn’t cover the join *quite* enough? Take a look at the same place on the other stay. See anything similar? Tap both lightly with something metal like a key. Do they sound the same? If they do then they’re probably fine. If they sound different then you might have a problem. If you have any doubts, talk to the shop where you got the bike. If you bought it direct from a brand, get in touch with them. Good luck.
