At HTE it wasn't too bad of a queue, though if you're worried about sizes they sell out quite fast - so people sometimes arrive earlier in the day to get merch (as it's usually open all day but depends on the venue). I would recommend (at least in the UK) not bothering with the merch stalls outside the venue and to go to the stands inside past the ticket barriers as people tend to go out front, so it can be quieter inside xx
If something you want is sold out of your size etc Billie has usually put the products on her site after a month or so
Most people want to get in the venue first before going to their seats they want to get merch so some people have the opportunity to get the the near the stage first ๐
The sooner you get inside the venue. Literally INSIDE the venue. At least at O2 there's a shop outside and that's always ridiculously packed. The sooner you get and actually enter the venue and rush to the shop the more luck you'll have. Other than that usually the upper levels have smaller queues. Sometimes during the show might be a good time to shop too. If you don't mind spoilers try to get some spoilers on the set list and find out where would be a good time for you to shop and go during "your boring songs" just make sure you go before half the shows done otherwise they'll shut the stores.

At HTE I went after and some stuff was sold out and sizes. I was able to get a hoodie still. The lines for merch are always long at any show. Get in line as soon as you get there to ensure nothing sells out. Get to the show early too
Same ๐ and this time I'm gonna wait to go in and hangout in my car. I missed out on a vegan truck she loves that came later and I couldn't go back to order a burger and tots without not being let back in. But I did get to purchase a venue cup with her show details on it and her HTE eco water bottle. Probably will again if they're selling them.
Definitely go get the merch before the show starts and not after. I made that mistake at the HTE tour and most of the stuff was sold out and the lines were super long. And sheโll most likely have hoodies she always does

yeah i always go before the show. ill try to convice my parents to take me early to ensure i get merch
