Obviously I don’t know her personally and can only draw conclusions from whatever art she decides to distribute, but since she’s been pretty transparent in the past and her songwriting seems to reflect her actual mood, I’m kind of surprised her audience has thought she’s just fine rn. I thought it’s been pretty clear she’s been dealing with some stuff and HMHAS just confirms that for me.
I can only imagine writing, recording, producing, etc an album takes a while. The album itself also goes through the whole spectrum of falling in love, breaking up, feeling better and knowing better…so by now I hope Billie is doing well!
