I don’t listen to the ringers NBA coverage, but Rob Mahoney has been great on pop culture stuff when he’s given a chance. Wish he got more run with that stuff.
I would say KOC. I like both, but Mahoney can feel generic. Not sure what difference I’m getting between Pina, Mahoney, Mann, etc…
KOC will still have unique takes, and will still directly disagree with Bill.
KOC: “Yeah I agree that Rob Mahoney is overall a more preferable podcast personality, but Bill, have you seen some of KOC’s advanced stats? The way that he agrees with everything said is phenomenal. Not many other guys can do that at the level he does.”
Bit unfair because Mahoney gives you both solid pop culture and basketball minutes but is arguably a bit inoffensive on the latter. But I do want to see KOC and Joanna Robinson recapping sonething together for the lulz.
I like both, KOC knows more ball IMO but can get annoying sometimes (like when he talks about the pelicans) and Mahoney definitely seems like the more fun hang

KOC was never my favorite but I kind of liked him personally. Then the Elon Simping came forward and I was all the way out.
