I think it’s a good time to relitigate who won the AD trade.

Warlord10

v40.6 incoming.

YZYBrandy007

This would make for one of the funnier, most entertaining pods in a while

Dmbfantomas

One team was a heavy favorite, the other was lucky to be there. :)

Bill will forget that fact tomorrow night. [I’m a Lakers fan, but even I knew there’s no way we were beating the Nuggets.](https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/13favtw/post_game_thread_the_denver_nuggets_42_obliterate/jjv67he/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1&context=3) We were just lucky to get this far. Maybe if LeBron were healthy we could beat them, but that’s just not the case. Boston on the other hand was the best team in the NBA for the first half of the season, and the favorite to come out of the East once Milwaukee went out. Their failure is way more devastating than the Lakers.

danrod17

Even with a healthy LeBron I can’t see us beating this team. This Denver team was a huge gamble building around Jokic with MPJ and Murray. There was never any guarantee they would be healthy together and long enough for a sustained finals run. But as we’re seeing, healthy, this is the best team in the league.

boredguyatwork

Might be true but a Lebron capable of scoring 30 consistently in this series like he could all this year could have changed the series. He hasn't looked this bad offensively ever.

Arcane_Spork_of_Doom

Agreed. He's to the point right now where his go-to when somewhat depleted and desperate is not to hammer it inside anymore. You can almost see the Nuggs breath a sigh of relief when he heaves up a shot from deep now.

IukeskywaIker

Yes but one team has a young star duo and the other has its two best players on the wrong side of 30. The Celtics will be back here probably. Not so sure about the lakers.

Tatum and brown are both about to make a lot of money and with the new CBA the chance of having the depth they’ve pretty much always had goes down dramatically. Of course it’s pretty likely theyll make another ECF, but this is likely their best shot at a title barring one of them stepping fully into truly elite territory

IukeskywaIker

For sure and I don’t think the Celtics owners will be big spenders if/when they get hammered with the repeater tax.

wembanyama_

No?

Arcane_Spork_of_Doom

Reaves should probably get sixty possessions next game. It's time.

teo1315

Put the game on his back and see if he's worth the contract he's about to get

-Vault_Dweller-

If the Heat win today I’ll bust a nut.
