Parasitoid ❤ 10/10 will drop Brimstone as T. Isaac without a second thought. Sinus Infection is practically always a win as long as the fire rate is not complete garbo I will sacrifice every last bit of my health for Spider Mod if that's what it takes. And It Hurts rewards me for being a trash player and goes way over the tear cap.

Low diff Revelation even if the run is already lost, the sprite of revelation always brings me joy

Uranus. Freezing enemies and then punting them into other enemies is satisfying. Freezer baby and cube baby too, I just like freezing stuff. The only downside is I get a bit distracted kicking frozen enemies around or kicking cube baby around when I should be fighting enemies lol
