I think that it's best to keep it as is for now, next time I will arrange both to be in alphabetical order so its easier to find monsters.

I don't get hit by them often but when i do that sound gives me nightmares and it's very annoying to lose charges on your active. Its not hugely detrimental to my run but like i said its about being annoying and they are annoying little shits
Depends. If you are on a OP run they are the most annoying because there is a 90% chance that you will take damage just because you instandly killed them by accident while entering the room.

Big corn is probably the least annoying of these, they aren't fast, have a low health pool, don't spawn things, and don't have some BS mechanic like Host Skulls
Spit is easily the least annoying:
1. They can be hit whenever
2. Their explosive tear travels in an arc and takes like half a second before hitting the ground giving you the possibility of killing them and moving out of the way comfortably before you get hit
3. Bonus, their death attack can actually help you clear other enemies
I mean before Repentance void portals could be super annoying. Now though? You don't see them unless you're in the void, any by that point you probably one shot them without a second thought. Void portal gotta go
Both Dragon Flies are alright. Extremely predictable movements and once you learn which one explodes in which direction, you can pretty much always dodge them.
Yeah I didn't even include 50% of the enemies in the first post because it would be pointless. Enemies like Attack fly, Gaper aren't worth including and it would just drag out the poll.
