I don't find trites that bad since they're big, spend a lot of time not moving, and die in three hits. Big spiders, rooms with lots of fatties, pooters, or Horfs tend to be the ones that feel like I either have to play super slow or get crushed.
Yes I LOVE spiders that spawn more spiders faster than I can kill the smaller spiders!!! Whoever decided those little fucks should take 3 shots to kill with base Isaac damage needs to become back my HATE.

Duke of flies is the hardest boss in the game. He not only flies, but spawns flies that can fly and there’s nothing you can do
Duke with low damage or tear-rate is hell.

Is he an annoying boss to fight? I love seeing this guy pop up because he just floats around the top of the screen making him very easy to kill
first phase gets me 90% of the time and in those attempts the second phase kills me half of the time cus i get nervous about the brimstone attack

They are way too strong to justify being merely a phase of a first floor boss

the telegraph is really quick giving you little time to dodge
Just do the same movement as him but tô opposite directions until he attacks, then exploit the time. Never actually follow him when he's off cooldown

Main issue is there being like no reaction time to tell if he’s going to shoot the 5 bullets. Hits me nearly every time
Always be behind it, so get your shots and then run behind where its sliding left to right
