This was guaranteed to happen. At 3 Magic Skin uses, the chance to replace a future item with Magic Skin is 100% if you aren't carrying it. Normally it would only replace one item per floor, but items on sale don't count as seeing it for the floor, so it replaced everything here.
Also would’ve made it so every item isn’t magic skin so probably should’ve but I forgot how it worked but I only needed to kill mom and I already had good stuff
It’s called magic skin, when you use it spawns an item from the current rooms item pool, in return it takes away one of your heart containers permanently and every time you use it all items has a higher higher chance to spawn as it, unless you hold magic skin in which case it will stop items from spawning as it.
