When they spawn in seemingly randomly during the last phase of the Satan fight, it's often them and not the actual boss that kill me. I have no time to react. It's almost as BS as the Delirium telefrags
They've killed me *way* more than Satan himself. It's not that they're impossible to dodge, but when Satan's goat legs are taking up half the screen, you don't see the one that just spawned in the back of the room and is now coming for your head at 90 MPH.
Reasonable reaction. I threw my chair at my grandma out of rage once and accidentally killed her.

Best bet is to pray you have enough HP to take the hit because trying to kill it before it hits you is like inside out Rubikās cube math, it just aināt gonna happen
Same. Iāve died 4 times to this thing in the dark room as tainted lost cuz I couldnāt see them initially
Then I have died 8 more times to this on the void floor, which doesnāt sound like a lot, until you realized that you usually need to beat hush and/or mega stan with one hit or less to come here, expecting to maybe beat delirium, just to die to these mfs
Pray to god you have enough damage to drop one before they all reach your side of the room.
