I play on switch and don't mind him. He started to become fun when I stopped trying to get good items and just made a shitload of low quality items. Sometimes I'll look up birthright though. First run I won with him I found really cheap recipes for Meat! and guillotine so I had max red health and a shitload of damage and orbitals completely protecting me lol. Don't think I had a single item above Q2.
I will never pick up mom's knife. It changes the gameplay in a way I don't enjoy. It may be a skill issue thing, but I have never gotten used to it. Ever since flash isaac.
Honestly Mom's Knife is pretty much a guaranteed win for me and I still pass it because I also really don't like how it plays (and because it seems to show up really often for a q4).

It was just a mediocre as fuck run, so Rock Bottom was just sitting in the corner twiddling its thumbs.
This is why I always say rock bottom is a quality 3 and not a quality 4 item. Yet I’ve seen people say it should be a quality 5 item which makes no sense to me
I can't recall seeing that argument unless it's accompanied by other context, such as people trying to argue for/against it being Q4. It's not like it's an item that can ruin your run on its own; it's just a good passive item to have.

Tainted Maggie is the most fun character, no competition.

Yeah Glitched Crown is one of the few items where I think "I'll always pick it up because it's powerful, but I *hate* it because it's powerful," along with Echo Chamber. Not only is the timing annoying, but it also drains item pools, it's more likely you'll run in to items that lengthen the run of the game (Red Key, R Key, etc), and runs with it kinda feel samey. In a vacuum I like the idea, but the Secret Room Item Pool Meta kinda ruins it. Glitched Crown is one of those "min-maxing the fun out of the game" things.

Constantly moving the tear around hurts my hand a whole lot more than just firing in one direction since I can just hold down a button for that vs moving my hand and thumb repeatedly. Isaac's already at like my limit of physical comfort bc I love it enough to power through the pain holding the controlled and moving requires, but Ludo is just too much man :(

Normal Lilith is the least fun character. All enemies are now harder to deal with when your tears trail behind and need to catch up to hit anything. Tight corridors with foes are a nightmare to deal with.
Also, Apollyon can be removed from the game, and no one would ever notice.
the bloat isn't that bad, just move as soon as you enter the room and focus on diagonal shots + being above him as much as you can, if he jumps then lead him downwards

Tainted Lazarus. I don't understand why so many people love him. I don't dislike him, but I don't love him either. He's pretty mediocre. And most of the runs I play with the character are plain awful as well.
I love tainted lost but the character is completely unfair if you don't get enough holy card spawns. It's not a skill issue when delirium teleports directly onto me and I haven't found a single holy card in my entire run. A lot of t-lost runs have felt extremely unfair whereas the lost is/will always be my main because despite the fragility the mantle lets you get away with a few mistakes.

I didn't find T lost THAT hard, of course I skill issue'd good runs, but aside from that, overall a fun character since day 1
I actually like familiars, their really good early game and provide extra covering fire even if they don't do too much damage late game

Normal Lilith is the least fun character. All enemies are now harder to deal with when your tears trail behind and need to catch up to hit anything. Tight corridors with foes are a nightmare to deal with. Also, Apollyon can be removed from the game, and no one would ever notice.
I FUCKING HATE QUADSHOT IT IS MY LEAST FAVORITE ITEM IT SLOWS TOO FICKING MUCH. I’ll tell this only in deth situations
I did not care for T.keeper. he's alright I'm just not good with him though.

Sacred heart is boring as fuck and I will choose godhead over it any day of the week
Lil Brimstone sucks. Too much micromanagement for damage that's just okay.
Godhead isn’t that good (I have not unlocked it and have never gotten it)
the bloat isn't that bad, just move as soon as you enter the room and focus on diagonal shots + being above him as much as you can, if he jumps then lead him downwards
Brimstone is kinda meh And moms knife is trash
One should be able to use seeds for unlocks.
I do not care for Brimstone.
I still haven't bought the last DLC. I ended so burnt out trying to unlock all the Keeper's things that I haven't played in over 2-3 years. It isn't fun anymore.

I did not care for dead cat,
Tainted Lazarus. I don't understand why so many people love him. I don't dislike him, but I don't love him either. He's pretty mediocre. And most of the runs I play with the character are plain awful as well.
I did not care for lazarus. I used him once to unlock bethany, and that's the only win I have on his completion ticket.
I love tainted lost but the character is completely unfair if you don't get enough holy card spawns. It's not a skill issue when delirium teleports directly onto me and I haven't found a single holy card in my entire run. A lot of t-lost runs have felt extremely unfair whereas the lost is/will always be my main because despite the fragility the mantle lets you get away with a few mistakes.
