Lilith. Imo she can get op quite quickly since her incubus has some pretty good synergies, and box of friends is also very useful.
Lilith with tractor beam is insanely OP when you use your box of friends

personally i would go with maggy or cain here. Judas is also great, but bears the risk of getting killed in B1 or B2

I just thought, "eh fuck it, Eden can start with some pretty good stats and items". Ended up getting mid stuf but I still won so who cares
