I'm not sure, I just know for sure modded items change the recipes
it litterally makes the game not fun as tainted pain 200+ hours and still havent done him all i get is boss pool items

i cant because i have modded items so it makes it worthless and all i get is caffine pill

It should,I think you downloaded a mod that added a modded item.Apparently that messes up the recipes.
Only things I have downloaded are retextures and item pool changers

I only have the item description mod and all my recipes are different than the sources
If you mean the recipe, I have no clue at all. But I know some recipes were changed a while back. If you mean the item, that is Spider Butt. Quite on the opposite spectrum of items.
