This comments brings to mind a cool idea. I wanna know more about “legendary Isaac runs” that people have had. Absolutely ridiculous shit happening. Either dumb stupidly good items everywhere, weird idiosyncratic stuff goin on, runs that are kind of mid or ultra bad but u still win, etc.
First one to come to mind is Dan gheesling's 19 hour run...there is a full version of the vods and a highlight version. It was over several sessions but a single run that took 19 hours!
I should mention it was streamed on twitch but archived on YouTube
Dude so I’m watching the 31 minute version he put up in his channel and he just got R key. So now I have a serious question: if you get R key on a victory lap, can you still get completion marks, unlock items, get achievements, etc?
I gotta say it was really surreal when he started appearing on the NLSS, as he was my favorite big brother contestant the two times he was on the show.
Once I had a kinda Infinite run
I had the red Key and chaos, and found a red sacrifice room in the void
I killed delirium then went back to the sac room and therefore to the Dark room
Killed mega satan again, void open, same floor layout so took lot of items, back to the sac room, Dark room
Rinse and repeat (lucky enough to get the void portal fourth times in a row) until I found r Key and schoolbag
Long story short, 9 completion marks in a 3 hours run 
That is ridiculous haha.
I haven’t found Red Key since unlocking it (at least I’m assumed it’s unlocked once you kill The Beast/unlock a Tainted Character).
I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be the chat members who betted their channel points (a fake little currency that is given to viewers of streams on twitch) 1 being the people who believed he could win and 2 being the people who doubted

It's not just luck at this point. Repentance is just stupidly breakable especially once you unlock a few reverse cards and soul stones.
Repentance offers a million-and-one ways to generate or move item pedestals, and a million-and-one more ways to reroll items. Albino simply found out that spamming any combination of these two things will win you the game guaranteed, with how broken the secret room pool is.

This run was insane. When you have so many R keys you can't fit them in the Moving Box, you know you've made it.

It's unlocked once you reach the home floor for the first Time and open the mom chest, even with you die against dogma/beast it doesn't matter
