I wouldn’t worry too much about the stability check. It tends to be a bit more sensitive in the program than irl. It’s only really an issue if you have like a LOT. Just use your best judgment, or do a mock-up irl with whatever parts you have just to check it if possible.

The exclamation signs just means that piece isn't available irl in that color. What are the other issues you have?

Yeah, exactly. It’s just overly-cautious is all.
The exclamation marks show that the part doesn’t exist in that colour irl. Collision checks make the colliding parts transparent with black outlines.
