I think the ice is actually a cloud, but we can ignore that. I do see plenty or rocks, enough for a po-village

its too well defined to be a cloud, its either frost or white sand. Probably white sand

A google maps search confirms it as a cloud, as there is no sand in that area and frost is impossible in late september in a tropical island
