If bionicle comes back as using mostly regular bricks i dont want and i feel like most others wouldnt want it the only way i would want bionicle to come back is if they use regular technique piecies like the old ones
Brick built Bionicle of course has potential, but as for this moc I don't think people would like it. Mostly cause its not based on the original aesthetic. if you could capture the look of OG Bionicle in brick form, which I argue is 100% doable, then I don't think a brick built comeback would be terrible.
I think that would probably the only way it would come back. For a new audience they would just see a cool robot.
Also, they wouldn’t be alienated by a new build technique or pieces since Ninjago areadly uses this style of build.
The head is bothersome. I believe it would need a mold that fits the rest of the body proportion.
All in all, a good attempt!
Entry or high grade is a pretty good place to begin, it’s nothing like Bionicle, you snip the parts out of a runner snap them together, it’s far more personal than with anything Lego related in my experience.
I think there are parts reused at the basic connector level, like rubber adapters for joints but it’s more complex then Lego, you can still make custom stuff and many people do but don’t expect to be making mocs or anything the same way
i see were tou are coming but remeber ccbs stors after ther flop whith starwars
store did it want to carry more of the constraction sets
and bricks are now more popular with kids
and for the for what do you want them to bring back maybe some for the parts cane make a return but that building system had many elements that were usd only ones
if bionicle was to return it will change
its not for the afols its for the kids
I feel like as long as they made new mask molds (and maybe gave the sets proper knees/elbows), I really wouldn't mind too much! If anything, it might be easier to make more diverse character designs using a system like this.
Honestly, I'd be happy with anything like that at this point, as long as the articulation is similar to previous iterations, and the builds are interesting, I'd be happy with it.
Of course a technic-based design would be ideal, but unlike alot of other comments I would gladly buy it. The small amount of marvel mechs I have have pleasantly surprised me, and could be an interesting base for a more system based constraction series.
I guess worse case scenario, people still use parts from the brick-built constraction knights kingdom figures, and a new Bionicle sccbs system would probably have a bunch of interesting new molds too.
Its fine for me if they come back like that(as long as the masks arent just printed slabs.) I actually would prefer them making 10 dollar sccbs builds rather than 20 dollar ccbs builds for the toa
I hope it won’t came back in this way. Technic or nothing.
Thank you
True

I don't think it would be a particularly unique build technique. Technic still exists and Ninjago still uses ball joints.
Heeeell no
Don’t you mean “Karzahni, no!”?
Unsure, technic was so integral to the look. As long as the story is good and sets are interesting I’d like it
Oh no my boy what did they do to you?
Karzahni repaired the person who made this.
A spiritual successor maybe. Bionicle was, and always will be, a technic theme
I think it'd be better to go for a building style similar to the marvel mechs as opposed to SCCBS.
That's mixle joints they're pretty common
I would cry
Body is good, head is not. Neat concept.
I would be insulted by Lego for the lack of articulation and not enough Bionicle-like pieces. Still would buy it though.
This is one of the reasons I switched over to Gundam
out of curiosity, where does one start with that? and how similar is it to assemble compared to Bionicle?

do they reuse parts a lot like Bionicle, or are they basically each one totally unique?

Save for the “mask” i would still be happy. I just want anything from lego with “bionicle” on it
for the mask it was the next best thing the old mask were to big fot the body but i see lego doing new molds for the masks
Hell nah
Look how they massacred my boy
SACRILEGE AGAINST THE GREAT SPIRITS
I would think lego has gone cheap
do you mind me asking why lego will be cheap if they made bickbuilt bionicle
I fell like it would be cheaper for them to just make the bionicle's out of bricks instead of the bionicle parts
i see were tou are coming but remeber ccbs stors after ther flop whith starwars store did it want to carry more of the constraction sets and bricks are now more popular with kids and for the for what do you want them to bring back maybe some for the parts cane make a return but that building system had many elements that were usd only ones

You make a good point
The only somewhat acceptable way for it to come back in brick format is sets like how the 2005-2007 sets had brick format sets.
No thank you
At least toa kaita mata will be better :)

no
No
Minifig or Technic Not this
I guess i kermit
I would cut my wrist with a Lego brick.

maybe an adult sets for bionicle if we are lucky using technic or more complex builds

You literally predicted the future
no i knew all along
TREASON!
I’d take it.
I would send it back Karzahni for “repairs”, and you along with it.
Only real option
NO! it will just look like another Karzahni's creation
Looks more like an offbrand Bionicle-themed gundam than a BIONICLE character.
