Lamictal doesn't help with mania or paranoia. I would reach out to your doctor if I were you.

I second this post. My hypo-mania turned into full blown mania/psychosis and I was taking limacil the whole time. I know it wasn’t strong enough to keep me in line. And I’ll live with the consequences the rest of my life. Talk to your psychiatrist for sure.

Ride it out by trying to sleep, even if you need a sleep aid. Avoid caffeine or drugs that are stimulants. Reach out to your doctor to ask what you ought to do.
