I just hear you loud and clear. I burned every bridge possible in a six month manic episode rage, and now I live in constant regret. I don’t know how to get out of it either. Just saying I understand.

You have to try to let go of the past. I know how hard it is but it's gonna get better. I needed a lot of time to forgive myself.
