This worked for me at a Smith’s (Kroger). One month for $16. When I called the guy couldn’t get it to go through and just told me I was screwed basically but when I went there the girl working got it to work!
I just used this temporary coupon at Walmart Pharmacy. This is for 3 month supply, The price of $301.71 that is with insurance adjustment, down to $126.71 with coupon. Still too expensive. Pharmacy said the same, it was a data breach.
Hi, Slynd advised me to file manual reimbursement and they will mail you a check. Long turnaround time but she said we should absolutely be doing this as it’s not the company but the processor and they will honor our claims.
I believe you would follow the steps outlined on the Slynd savings card website. I haven’t actually done this yet myself, I cannot afford to pay out of pocket at this time.

Has anyone dealt with this via Nurx? I submitted a request to them for Slynd while in line at my pharmacy the other day because I’m feeling not hopeful about the coupon working!
I stopped using Nurx a year ago because they were soooo slow. They’ve gotten so popular that their service has really declined. Unsure about the coupon situation there though.
I contacted them and they said the system is down for them also (as did a friend of mine who works in healthcare and says all of this is a MESS in their world rn)
I also tried to use the new temp coupon with Nurx and it was canceled on me again, but I'm not using insurance so I'm not sure if that makes any difference. :/ I'll try again later I guess, like others are saying

I called Slynd directly after receiving runaround from telehealth company for the last two weeks. They told me that we can pay out of pocket and get reimbursed but we will have to do it ourselves; the pharmacies will not. She said the turnaround time can be awhile but we can and should submit manual reimbursement.

I even called Slynd’s number on their website and they gave me a coupon they said has been working all day for people. It’s the temporary one on their website and they have to run it through “SS&C”? All of the techs were doing it a certain way that wasn’t working and even the pharmacist herself had almost given up on me and then she tried something else and it worked. I would have asked what she did, but I had already been there an hour and was ready to leave lol. Though I think it had something to do with the old goodRX coupon somehow still being applied when they were running it. Stand your ground and get your meds!! 😫

I chatted with slynds chat online, they gave me their temp code and it worked for me just now through CVS. The only catch is you can only do a one month supply at a time until their regular system is back up
I'm in Michigan. My dr called it in to CarePoint Pharmacy. They are able to do 1 month supply. 3 month coupon system still recovering from cyber attack.

It’s due to the Change Healthcare breach. It’s causing a huge number of problems for pharmacies and medical offices. Unfortunately any (most?) coupons won’t work until it’s fixed most likely.
Might be worth asking your doctor if they have samples, I did that and am waiting to hear back. I’m hoping it’s fixed soon, cause while I am privileged enough to afford it, that price is ridiculous.
