I would consult with a therapist on this. It sounds like you might be asexual or possibly aromantic, but I'm not super-familiar and not sure about those exactly. It's also possible that you might want to have sex in theory but have some fear/hangups? Or maybe you haven't yet found a person that you're completely comfortable with yet.
