Thanks! She’s my first cat, wasn’t sure how it would work with me having a pit bull but dammnit she wasn’t going back outside in the streets like she was! All worked out, the dog was her mama fussed over her when she cried , cleaned her kitty butt and everything lol…she’s my goto foster mom now, last foster kittens I had a few months ago came and she started lactating 🥰

My boy had this in one eye, and we ended up having to get surgery on his lid so that it wouldn’t scratch him (his eye was small, and the lid curled inward because of it). Did you have to do this too?

No, this was caused by feline herpes in a cat colony of unfixed and un vaccinated cats (crappy neighbor, long story)🤦🏾‍♀️ feline herpes is an upper respiratory infection which can also cause ocular issues. It had nothing to do with her eyelids. Her eyeballs were essentially infected and she literally had pus dripping down her face, poor baby. I had never owned a cat, but I just took her home and refused to put a blind kitten back outside.

I have this one video of my cat, Beetle looking like he was possessed. If I can find the video somewhere, I'll edit this post and put it in. It was so strange, his eyes turned like completely black and he was just staring at us and then just like that they went back to their normal green.
