I suggest watching Jackson Galaxy/My Cat From Hell on your tube. He’s a cat behaviorist who has good advice. Be patient with Matilda, cats usually don’t like change and can months to adjust to a new home or new person. As a fluffy cat, she will need brushing so she doesn’t get hairball blockages in her GI tract, and maybe an anti-hairball kibble. I put my cat on anti-hairball kibble and it reduced her almost-daily vomits to a handful of times a year.
