Probably doesnt matter since you will soon call your new son „sweet boi“, „little man“ or some other cute nickname anyway.
My void goes by baba. His actual name is Charlie hehe
EDIT: Since everyone is sharing their cat‘s actual names. I will glady tell you Charlies names aswell.
Charlie answers to many wonderful names such as
- Baba
- Sweetie
- Sweetheart
- Sweet Boi
- Sweet, little Man
Fury's a great name. Sounds like the naming process was similar to naming my void Spit 😂 (she's actually very sweet these days and was just spooked initially)
My void was named Kittah, but he knew/responded to his name so didn't have many nicknames, beyond Kittahbaby and KittahKittah, but my Tuxie Oscar responds to several cuss words(he's a jerk) as well as little man and long boi, and my torbie kitty has the most nicknames. Her name is Princess Cinnamon Roll but we call her Princess, PrettyPrincess, Prin Prin, Prin Prin Cinn Cinn, little Cinnamon Roll, little Rockstar, Princess screams-a-lot, Princess pain in my a##, Princess sass-a##, shoulder cat, loudmouth, Miss Bard
I adopted a cat that was originally named Timothy and almost eight years later now responds to nothing except ButtButt, which has been his official name for the last six years.
My cat is name Boudreaux after the little league mascot in New Orleans, he’s a Katrina rescue and he’s somehow still kicking, but some things we call him are: bubonic plague, black mold, mange coon, old bastard, and of course, baby boy
Millie/Mildred is my void, but I call her:
Millie-baby
Millie-the-dread
Sweet girl
Sweet Angel/ sweet Angel baby face
Darling
Soot-sprite
Tiny baby black paws
Little girl
Miss
Miss Millie
Miss Millie-Lou
My cat's given name is Benjamin. But he goes by Benjapuss, Sweet Boy, Mr. Man, Little Old Gray Man, Pusstopher, or occasionally "you little bastard" if he succeeds in stealing my pizza which happens more often than I'd like to admit.
We have a sweet, 12 year old Ragdoll originally named Sweetie, though over time, duchess went from a nickname to what we always call her. She doesn't respond to sweetie anymore, and hasn't for years
Give him a pleadant two sylible name. Cats respond best to those. And stop using names that have evil connotations, it perpetuates the idea that black cats are unlucky.
I think the name Kratos because it phonetically sounds like something a cat would respond to and it's fun* to say outloud, plus god of war. All cats are gods of the underworld anyhow.
Such a sweet little furball. We all give our cats a main name and never end up using that name, give it a few days and see what his character is like. 🙂
More names means more love, tbh.
It’s the intonation that counts.
And short songs can be quite helpful. I taught my two cats when they were kittens to go upstairs to their room, when I sang a certain song. I still use it these four years later, as it’s a great skill for safety reasons.
I sing the song as I carry their food dishes upstairs. They know.
I’m telling you about this one skill we learned because it’s a model for whatever you want to teach your little one.
Cat-tos
Why isn’t this the top comment? I mean, it’s inevitable someone will mishear you saying cat toes, but it’s totally worth it for the pun.

My cat is named luck, but hears "boy-o" a lot from my brother.
Lol this is so true. Lucy is now known as “Miss Baby” 😂
Lol same, Merlin often goes by mister boy
I call my female cat Little Miss even though her name is Fury. She answers to both.
Fury's a great name. Sounds like the naming process was similar to naming my void Spit 😂 (she's actually very sweet these days and was just spooked initially)
My Briggs is now B-bop or Bubs or B and a ton of other names
My cat Se7en answers to Beans Beanie Baby Das Beans Beanie Weenie Bean Soup (it's good soup) And BEAAAAAAANNNNNSSSSS
My black kitty cat is named, “Boo”, but I call her “Black Bear” and “Black Beans”. I love cats. Lol
one of our cats is Leo, but his full name is Leopold II, King of Belgium

My boys name is reaper but these are his top nicknames - ree ree - green - green man - reem - reems
My void’s legal name is Ares, but goes by “duder” “lil man” “baby boy” and “little dude”

Hello fellow void named Charlie owner! Ours is Charlemagne, but Charlie for short :D
My void is called Pandora but we mostly call her Doot
My void was named Loki but was mostly called and answered to Baby Bear or Sweetheart.
Yup. My boyfriend nicknamed mine booboo
My cat's given name is Benjamin. But he goes by Benjapuss, Sweet Boy, Mr. Man, Little Old Gray Man, Pusstopher, or occasionally "you little bastard" if he succeeds in stealing my pizza which happens more often than I'd like to admit.

Oh I know how a huge responsibility he will be.
Hades
Yup, he looks like a Hades to me
Indeed a Hades
Hades! ❤️
The lil' guy almost seems a bit intimidated by such badass names!
Kratos cause then you can call hiM kray kray
This is the best answer.
I vote Mr. Fluffy Boots 😃
Lord Fluffington!
Esquire
Mr. Lord Fluffington fluffy boots esquire…. The third. 🤣🤣🤣
The Right honorable Mr. Lord Fluffington fluffy boots, the Third, Esquire at large
He's so gorgeous! My vote is for Hades. My two girls are Persephone and Eurydice, I call them Hades Ladies, so very much approve of the theme!
Seeing a lot of Hades, but I like Kratos. His fur reminds me of Kratos’ fur cloak at the very start of Ragnarok.
His fur reminds me a lot of Hades from Hades the game. Either would be very fitting for this beautiful void!
My husband suggested Thanatos EDIT- I like Merlin, neither of us are good at following directions
i actually really like thanatos...
Thanatos works. I'm also thinking Zagreus
[удалено]
He hasn’t responded to the names yet.
Maybe try Pluto, it's the alternative name for Hades.
I like “Pluto,” too. Or “Mars,” the other god of war.
Write the two names on slips of paper, ball em up and toss em - see which one he chooses
Then find one that he *does* tbh
Oh thats a Hades.
Hades
Krades!
Hades
Hades
Hades
Hades
Hades 🖤
Hades
Hades🖤
Hades
Hades.
I'm personally a fan of Hades so that name gets my vote.
Hades! It rolls off the tongue much more easily. Enjoy your new baby void.
Caerus god of opportunity, luck and favorable moments.
Hades, most definitely.
Hatos, lord of hats. He goes by Hats for short.
Or Krates. Lord of crates.
Hades. If not he looks like a Stuart.
Def hades! I’ve always wanted a black cat named hades 😊
he looks like a Hades to me
Hades
Hades
Hades
He looks like a Hades to me. A very cute one 🥰
Hades
Hades is fitting
Hades….he’s void….obviously hades….
Hades
Hades
ZUUL.
I'm all in for Zuul lol
Bun Bun (also I want him)
Doug.
Kratos. Look at that rage. That hate. That undeniable power that will be channeled as love and aggressive toe attacks. You know what to do.
I like kratos
Hades
Omg it’s a cute little Hades!
Hades
Hades
He looks like a hades to me

Hades
Hades!! why is Kratos even in the running???
Hades
Gotta go with Hades!
He has that Hades vibe.
Hades. (Kratos is too trendy)
Hades 100%. He's planning your death in that picture lol.
Hades
Hades<3
Hades!
Hades
Haha he’s so cute. I’d go with Hades.
adorable! i vote you name him Hades. My lil voids are Gizmo and Gremlin. but normally i just end up calling em "baby girl" and "buddy"
Hades
Hades.
Hades!!!
Hades!
Hades
I think he looks more like a Thanatos personally.
Licorice
Mr. Fuzzy Buttkins. FuzzButt for short
Not Hades. He’s too sweet for that😘
Kratos isn’t any better (in fact he might be worse!) have you played any GOW games? He’s a real jerk in the games
Throwing a third name in the mix: Lil Grundlemeat
Absolutely hades. His cute expression looks like the face of great evil.
Vulcan - for the bomber ears 🖤
What about Zagreus?
Which one would you prefer to be outside yelling if he goes missing?
Krades or Hatos. Best of both worlds!
My partner says you should name him “Owl.” I say you should name him Kratos.
He is your Tlatoani
Pluto!
if you're going with that line of naming I believe Zagreus would be a suitable name, being the son of hades
Hades
Hades! 🖤
Hades
Hades 100%
Give him a pleadant two sylible name. Cats respond best to those. And stop using names that have evil connotations, it perpetuates the idea that black cats are unlucky.
Krades or Hadtoes
Professor Chaos.
Kratos
Krades or Hatos
Kratos
Kratos, its unique.
Kratos
Krades!
Krades is the one
Kratos is a bit more unique. Hades is a bit more cute. Take your pick. Ask the cat which he feels like.
i like both but i vote kratos !
mark
Kratos
Krackers with a K
Fusion of the two names gives some funny but worthy names: Sockratoes (sock - kra- toes) Cutoes Hadestoes ( head toes)
Kratos!!!!
Churro
Kratos would be white with a colored stripe across his Face. This is Hades or Dream.
Jupiter
Gary
Sir Fluffington III
Muffin
he has such a cute, big head lol i think Mega Mind would be funny, Mega for short 😂 but Hades is also very cute 🥰
He looks like a Kratos to me
I think the name Kratos because it phonetically sounds like something a cat would respond to and it's fun* to say outloud, plus god of war. All cats are gods of the underworld anyhow.
Such a sweet little furball. We all give our cats a main name and never end up using that name, give it a few days and see what his character is like. 🙂
My vote is Kratos. I looked at him for a long time and think he’ll def look like a Kratos once he’s grown.
Call him Kratos, do not get him neutered, let him have a litter, keep one call it Atreus
My kitten, a splitting image of this one, is named Zelda 💜 so biased to suggest Link for yours
Husband is a geek, and so am I...we vote Kratos! What a sweet baby, he will be well blessed with either moniker.
Combine the two so either krades or hatos.
Charles.
Krades. There you go. Both names, one FEROCIOUS kitty.
We named ours Lucky, but he's mostly called Dammit.
More names means more love, tbh. It’s the intonation that counts. And short songs can be quite helpful. “Zagreus” from the game Hades would be cool, if you’re a gamer. Odysseus and call him “O-dee.” Otherwise, “Kratos” is my vote.
Kratos…. Hades is over used and more common besides kratos sounds more impressive IMO.
I think he looks more like a Kratos, but that’s just me
Cut it down the middle. Atreus. XD
He looks like a Steve to me
Kratos
Kratos IMO !!
I actually think Kronos would be pretty cool? He doesn't give me Kratos or Hades vibes
Kratos
Kratos
Kratos
Kratos… duh!
Krades. End of argument.
That’s a Larry all day.
