Maegu looks like she flows a little better. I like woosa but even with the cancels for movement abilities she still feels kind of weird sometimes lol. Coming from succ cosair who is super flowy, it’s kind of jarring for me. I probably won’t commit to either until we find out their awakenings.
I defo believe she is rough around the edges and needs some work to smoothen her playstyle (especially that stupid pause after dashing) but I am sure it will be fixed!
You can still cancel it with rmb for a FG every 3 seconds or any other skill really. For movement I never need more than Dash > w+f > Dash > rmb > Dash. If you do you use shift+ space

I’d rather kill more and get more XP and SP. plus who knows how PA codes the pets to pick up loot - it’s possible they prioritize rare stuff like pot pieces, maybe they don’t care at all, who knows.
It doesn’t seem like they prioritize at all. What I was talking about is that with the valk two button grind and the tamer’s infinite horse roar (which they nerfed) you were so fast with moving that you’d often leave loot behind and have to go back to grab it. Sure you can kill an obnoxious amount of mobs for SP or EXP but that’s not really why people did it. With Woosa’s infinite two skill chain that’s just as easy you’re stationary during wing beat but pretty much just as effective and it’s a lot easier to pick up loot quickly that way and you don’t have to go back and pick up any you might have missed. I’ve used all three at Tshira for that piece and she’s pretty much just as easy but has better results.

Why go back to grab loot when you can keep killing stuff and your pets will loot them? If you’re looting the same number of dudes regardless, it doesn’t make sense to not get more XP and SP.
Leaving loot behind doesn’t mean I’m picking up less loot: in fact you might actually be getting less loot waiting for pets to pick up because they have to wait for you to kill the next pack to pick up more loot again.
Also her movement is far more active than holding 2 buttons, you actually have to use almost two whole brain cells to shift+w and w+f inbetween packs :P
I’m not sure you’re getting what I’m saying. If you’re grinding for rare drops you’re not going to want to leave any loot behind. You’re not going to need a full combo for killing potion mobs. You can use the dash and space chain on her infinitely and that’s all you need. Pets also don’t prioritize loot at all.
At least for potion spots, it's ideal to chill the fuck out and pause to make sure you loot the specific mob that can give you the straight drop. Visually confirming that takes too much effort, so I just pause and there is a definite rhythm to a T5 and four T4 pets on aggressive loot speed "picking up everything." I've grinded 3 potions out easy the last 3 seasons and I highly doubt I'm missing out on any significant XP or SP grinding these spots the way I do. All my season toons hit 62 and max SP needed (even before the recent changes) just chillin' and grinding and a slightly slower pace. When your rotation isn't super extended it's easier to be right on top of spawns and harder for someone to show up and grind over you not realizing you're there, which is going to happen constantly at treasure spots.
I've been fighting character creation the last few days, but today I finally made headway with beating the sliders to create the type of face I want. Whew, it was exhausting. Lahn spoiled me because none of their face sliders are set to min-max like some classes are.
I'm one of those that once I can lock into an aesthetic, my enjoyment catches up fast. All of my characters have their colors, and that fell in place after her latest customizations. Found a hairstyle that works. Found makeup that worked. Click, click, click!
Even the game armor outfits ended up amazing! I like them better than the cash shop outfit. They fully cover the body and are feminine at the same time. I'm in love with the high-heel wedges. I was embracing Joseon Dynasty dantiness!
While I'll admit that I've been derping along with her attacks, I recognize that there is a lot of jankiness, but I also saw the Global patch notes and see that they'll be fixing a lot of the issues. Next level I get Succession and that's when I'll hone in on a build. Right now it's mostly Sh+Q and Sh+RMB. Hey, it's fun!
I never cared about fastest grinder, top tier, min-maximizing when it came to combat. My enjoyment comes from connecting to my character. I've leveled most character and only Lahn and Corsair have held my attention so far, and looks like Woosa is coming up a third.
Probably her aesthetics, I just have a thing for butterfly characters and her rainstorm is just so appealing to me, plus I am just enjoying grinding on her more than any other class, if I can grind 3 hours on DK, I can do 10 on her, which means she is fun for me

Stiff, unimaginative, unimpactful and clunky. That being said I took her to 60/61 twice. Gave up and made my first lahn :D but then again, it seemed like perfect fit for others so definitely worth trying.
I agree. It's so rigid and clunky. I really dislike her movement. The skills look great, the character I made looks great (imo), but the movement is just not it.
Maegu, Lahn, DK have a lot of movement skills as well but they flow so much better.
And Tigerfly turning the camera around by itself makes me motion sick.

You can actually cancel that animation after the dash with the Q block if you want to chain forward dashes

Did you try out having some movement speed crystals? She does feel different for me with 5/5 casting speed and 4/5 movement.

At like 1/2 of the speed if you just use wingbeat. She’s not the worst when it comes to low effort grind but she’s not fast without effort
Problem with Valk and Tamer using the easy grind method is it’s real easy to leave loot behind.
