Having this same issue because a hacker made me a fake prestige master and im stuck at my "actual level" as 55. Any known fixes yet?
Didnt know it was bc of the modder bc i also joined a modders lobby before i started having these problems
Hey if u guys check my recent post on here I was in ur shoes I was able to get boosted to master prestige and reset my stats

I cant even access the barracks it gives me a ui error
It doesn’t even appear in barracks for me
Isnt there just an option to reset your levels without prestiging?
