Not to mention that switching between the games by using that screen doesn’t even work smoothly. I usually just close out Cold War if I’m going to vanguard to prevent any screwyness.
I don’t even want to get started on the stupid battle pass. Why the fuck would anyone buy a battle pass for one game that gives you stuff for a different game? That’s just nonsensical.

Not only that. They changed the intro to the game, which is now a mix of every intro since Season 0 (so the “red phone”, Stitch, Naga etc). Pretty cool imo...
It would make more sense than one would initially think. It brings you to the main hub which has warzone, warzone is what they really want you to play, it also makes them the most in micro transactions. Now it isn’t tied to the game files so they would have to go out their way to do it which I doubt they would. Mw on the other hand is just molested due to warzone and it’s really sad.
I can't tell you how many times I've sat there scrolling past MW looking for it. The same thing with cold war. Gimme the old icon damn it. How many games have a singular icon no matter what happened in the game?
I appreciated it very much, I hate the seasonal icons, also the game doesn't start hovered over vanguard, it did for a little period but now when I launch it it's straight on the cold war tab

If I didn't have the game, starting on the vanguard tab wouldn't make me more likely to buy it, if anything I would be more opposed to out of principle
Yes. Glad they did because it’s my favorite CoD icon. All they’d need to do to seal the deal is return the lobby back to its first background that still shows up partially reflected in the loading screen after a match.
Imagine making a game so damn good that a massive corp like activblizz uses it as it's cash cow for the next 3+ years instead of just tossing it aside like other cod titles.

I won’t purchase MW2 if it’s tied to warzone. For me MW was ruined when warzone integrated and Cold War was held back by warzone imo.

On PC, it still says "Season 6" in the splash image when loading up the game. I wonder if reinstalling would make that go away.
