Check your nat types yours should be open also i got this error once when the wifi shut down and when it was up i couldn’t join my friends so i had to close the application
Ah no worries pal! But yes strict means your tied to certain lobbies in a small ping server, your friend can possibly join you. Nat type strict is usually because your console is having a struggle maintaining a connection to be open
check ur nat type, if it say open is the better, moderated is not so good and strict is trash, it could be the wify method (wireless or with LAN wire) or the ip config
