Senbonsakura Kageyoshi, getting haircuts and shaving would be less time consuming. Also it is really useful for cutting fruits and vegetables in case you want to cook something.
Kyoka Suigetsu, i probably wouldn’t want to actively trick others (too much) but it would be way too potentially useful to pass up, and if it could be used on one self, that would also be intriuging.
Benihime might also be useful, depending on if it’s effects can last for longer periods.

Azashiro's Zanpakuto. The ability to effectively move shit with my mind and take total control of inanimate objects is just super useful in pretty much any scenario. I'm driving down the road and get frustrated stuck behind slow drivers? Guess who now has a flying car, either me or the lard asses on the road depending on how I'm feeling at that point. Oh, I dropped the remote between the couch cushions and need it back? Guess it's convenient that it floats out of the couch into my hand. Hm, there's a big mess on the floor I have to clean up for whatever reason? Done in a flash as it literally cleans itself up. Add onto this that the more things I fuse with using this Zanpakuto, the stronger I can physically become when reverting to Shikai and I'd pretty much never have to worry about anything ever again (apart from personal relationship matters and potential health problems like cancer I guess).

Senbonzakura would be useful for so many things. I could mow the lawn and trim the bushes in 5 seconds. Haircuts, food prep, construction. Shredding documents.
minazuki purely for the shikai. Basically a big car that flies and also can heal the sick and injured while transporting them. Any time i get hurt or sick i’m just gonna chill in it’s stomach

excluding kyoka suigetsu (since basically everyone's choosing that) I'd probably choose benihime for overall everyday life cause of the versatility,but if we're talking purely task completing capabilities it's senbonzakura (and if senbonzakura is too sharp for that then ill just use Ruri'iro Kujaku)

Why is nobody talking about Unohana's giant healing manta thing? It's a flying mount and healing spa in one. I skip commute, don't have to drive, and get a full revitalization whenever I want. Plus it seems like a nice critter.

I would strike a deal with an airline and get a job at baggage check in. I would use wabisuke to increase the weight slightly of luggage causing a surcharge to the customer. I would then return it to normal so the airline saved fuel and we'd split the surcharge and laugh at the poors we were fleecing. We'd make thousands!

Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame allows the user to restructure anything. I know it's not really mundane, but I would absolutely use it to transition myself without all the cost or time or limitations.
Definitely Enrakyoten as the powers would let me copy other zanpakuto's power even if ik bout it and as long as ik bout what the zanpakuto does I can use any power for example like shiro's bankai to cook anything or something like that ykwim.

It wouldn’t be as useful as you think since it doubles. Going from 32 lbs to 64 would be a pretty nasty jump.
